[Resolved] McAfee / taking money from my account a month before subscription expires

My subscription was due to expire in the middle of March. though money was taken from my account a month before that on the 9th of February. I have other standing orders and bills to pay and I think it would be professional to inform a customer before deducting my money. I was trying to chat and call the customer support but didn't get any answer. NO response whatsoever though it says that lines are open 24/7. I am very disappointed with the services and request a refund.

    THE SAME HAPPENNED TO ME PLUS THAT IN MY ACCOUNT THERE IS A REGULAR AUTOMATED BANK PAYMENT(WITH OUT KNOWING IT) WHICH THEY ARE NOT REMOVING IT AND MY BANK STATED THAT ONLY MCAFEE CAN REMOVE IT.
