McAfee application: safe connect wifi hotspot vpn

I installed Safe connect Wifi Hotspot VPN application in my phone on 13 sep. 2018. As per policy it firstly provide 07 days trial then it will deduct fees for 01 year on reoccurring basis.
But without providing trial directly my yearly fees has been deducted.
Kindly return my back my deducted amount and I do not want go with it because its working properly and always having problem in connecting.

Please do not the needful in this regards as earliest.

McAfee poor software update

I had recently purchased McAfee License key for my Desktop. The software then asked for an update. I had updated it. But after the update, I am feeling very uncomfortable. The previous version display was comfortable and I was easily able to access anything I want. But after the update, the display was very poor, and it became difficult for me to access certain things in the software. Please help me with this issue.

McAfee auto renewal of mcafee protection

MccAfee has removed £89.99 from my bank account without permission. They have done this year after year for the last 3 years. I have checked on the web what their computer protection service should cost and for the service they are charging me £89.99, I can get the same service for around £22.00. So not only are they stealing my money, McAfee are over charging me by 4 times the amount. I no longer require this service but McAfee have automatically removed funds from my account because when I first bought my computer I also bought McAfee's protection and in doing so they obtained by bank details.
At one point I received an email headed McAfee Auto Renewal Notification but I did not agree to any auto renewal. McAfee are downright thieves.

McAfee update service

I purchased McAfee 2 months ago on a special deal which cost £1.
Yesterday I received an email stating £90 has been charged for the update service. I am infuriated and distressed, as I was not notified that this amount would be taken to update. Upon reading the email of my purchase, it does state that it would automatically be updated 30 days prior, however it does not state how much and that it would charge from covering only one device to now covering up to ten devices.
I called customer service yesterday, in which the advisor stated I'd receive my money back within 24 hours.
24hours later, I have still not received anything. I have called customer service again in which the advisor told me it can take up to 5 working days to receive my refund. I am furious. Not only has this made me go over my over draft in my bank account. The money you have taken is money for my weekly shopping budget. I have children to feed and petrol to buy to be able to travel to work!

Not only have I been provided misleading advice from customer service, your emails are misleading. I purchased a Virus Protection Pledge (on the email it states the auto renew is £28.99) so how the heck have I been charged £90?! No where does it state that this would change to a yearly subscription, no where does it state that the payment would change from £28.99 to £90!

I look forward to hearing from you and hope to resolve this as soon as possible before taking any further.

McAfee renewal without notification

Hello Bunch of Thieves,

Mcafee Robbers debited my bank account without having the ethic or courtesy to
send me a renewal notification.
A clear indication you got my visa card details prying into my computer such rascals
your job is to take care of the online theft but instead you are robbing your customers
thru your online channels. You are absolute cheats - white collar criminals.

McAfee taking of subscription

I have had a number of emails from McAfee confirming they could not take the subscription I was happy with this as I did not want to renew.

Yesterday received an email confirming they had now managed to take the monies £59.99 ref CS2260340716

I did not want to renew this subscription. I have tried unsuccessfully to speak to an adviser on the [protected] number . Left hanging on 12minutes and then 11 minutes. I also did internet chat after lots exchanges told I was speaking to North America couldn't help.

I do want that subscription to be renewed and would grateful if you could help . The bank states its pending

Trying to contact McAfee is frustrating to say the least

McAfee mcafee livesafe renewal rip off and terrible support service.

I was charges £89.99 for renewal which is far more than a new subscription. I went thru your support system and never once got thru to chat and could not find an email address. So I telephoned and got thru and said I should have a discount and given a reference number and put thru to another person who helped me. So rather than give me a refund of £36 (£89.99 - £53.99 = £36.00) I have to pay another £53.99 and get a refund of £89.99. The automatic renewal is obviously your way of getting me to pay more, and the if I complain you make it as difficult as possible to get my money back. I am most dissatisfied with this appalling service which borders on theft. I would like someone in your company to explain to me why your help desk does not work and why you attempted to rip me off. I will of course follow this complaint up with trading standards if I do not receive an explanation and compensation I am happy with. Due to your complete inability to deal with customers I also have the feeling your products may have limited worth as well. I look forward to a prompt reply.

I have installed a McAfee antivirus original licensed software in my laptop and it's working fine for the last 5 yrs but for the last 2 days I am having issues with the software as it is unable to remove the virus it has detected I have tried all customer care numbers in India but they are either unserviceable or engaged whole day or nobody responds request if Ivan look into the matter

To Whom It May Concern.
This is only my opinion and I am sure I am not alone.
I bought McAfee Antivirus last year and when I tried to install it, I had problems. The Help Service told me I had Norton and in order to install McAfee they had to remove some existing software. This would cost $49.95 for the service and I said okay and everything worked fine.
Now my McAfee Software will expire this May 15 and I bought a new McAfee Antivirus and when I tried to install it, I was kicked out again.
The Help Desk called me and I was not home and he left a message that if I had trouble, I should call 877-220-7414. I tried to install the software again next day and right away it kicked me out saying that the product key was already used and to call them (big number on screen).
I called the number on the screen and a man answered and he assured me that he could solve my problems if he took over my computer. I gave him permission and he did take it over.
Problem: He said I had some conflicts and he would take care of it for $100.00 charge fee. I declined.
Question: If I am using McAfee now without problems and I am trying to update it, why does the new product conflict with the existing McAfee antivirus? He said that is the problem!
Solution: I am returning UNUSED product key and I will use Norton again or something similar.
(I scanned the McAfee Product Key and I am sending it to prove that is not being used).
I am not asking for a refund. I learned a good lesson for a small amount of money.

McAfee medium roast k cup

This is my 3d box of 100 k cups purchased from our local Sams club. I can not seem to get more than 1 out of 5 to brew without dumping grounds into my cup. This is very disappointing as we enjoy the coffee. What can be done to keep this from happening? I dont believe that it my machine as others have reported the same problems. At aprox $.70 per serving this is a rather expensive way to not enjoy my cup.

McAfee renewal process - auto renewal quotes double the price

23/02/18 reference case [protected] handled by Renson.

Every year at renewal I have to go through the same routine - I try to renew and am given a price that is double that I find on the McAfee website. I then ring up and get told McAfee will do me a favour and match the website price.
You have a great product but very poor customer support in trying to dupe a loyal customer into overpaying for the product.

Please amend your policy!

McAfee taking money from my account a month before subscription expires

My subscription was due to expire in the middle of March. though money was taken from my account a month before that on the 9th of February. I have other standing orders and bills to pay and I think it would be professional to inform a customer before deducting my money. I was trying to chat and call the customer support but didn't get any answer. NO response whatsoever though it says that lines are open 24/7. I am very disappointed with the services and request a refund.

THE SAME HAPPENNED TO ME PLUS THAT IN MY ACCOUNT THERE IS A REGULAR AUTOMATED BANK PAYMENT(WITH OUT KNOWING IT) WHICH THEY ARE NOT REMOVING IT AND MY BANK STATED THAT ONLY MCAFEE CAN REMOVE IT.

McAfee unauthorized credit card charges

I had paid Rs2040.00 on 6 March 2017 by Credit Card towards 1 year subscription charges which is due to expire on 6 March 2018. I had never authorized autorenewal of subscription without my my approval. On 4 February 2018 I was informed by email message about the autorenewal of annual subscription at the cost of Rs 4390 which was charged to my Credit Card without any prior authorization. I object to it for: 1) Unauthorized use of my credit card, 2) Inflated rate of subscription, 3 Charge 1 month prior to expiry of existing subscription.

McAfee unfair comments about my website

I have recently bought a website with a the domain was registered in Jan 2017 (1 year old)
McAfee has place a warning that my website is unsafe to use.

It is a simple small website that nothing on it other than basic blog information. The information attracts a lot of visitors each month, which is the reason I bought it.

I am trying to get an answer from McAfee as to why they have said it is unsafe.

I am asking them to remove this or tell me what I need to do to fix the whatever problem they see.

A company called CuteStat.com posted information on their site giving a warning to anyone using my site. I emailed them to ask where they got their information and they said from McAfee. I don't believe they looked at the website to confirm any issues.
I have asked them to either let me know what the problem is or please remove the warning which will effect my website. I have not yet heard back from them

McAfee taking money without permission for 8 years

I phoned customer service today as you had taken a payment out of my bank account today, which I thought was strange as I cancelled the antivirus twice back in 2009/2010.
After checking previous years statements it showed you have carried on charging me even though I cancelled TWICE! Once online and once on the phone. The lady I spoke to today said there was no record of my cancellation. That's quite convenient isn't it? You have taken my money out of my bank WITHOUT MY PERMISSION for 8 years! I will be taking this further if I do not get a refund! Your staff are also very rude!

McAfee antivirus package

Apparently, opening a Service Request does not mean that the situation will be resolved as soon as possible. I currently have NO protection; however, I do repeatedly get boxes popping up requesting I pay for upgrade as it states that my current protection is free.

IT IS NOT FREE I PAID FOR IT- I Have friends and coworkers who would never consider putting McAfee on their computers as the company's practices leaves a lot to be desired. I got another application (the free one requesting I buy again) because I updated Java and did not look for the "sneaky" little box that I had to uncheck rather than check. People don't like being conned, nor do they want a program they cannot remove. I have tried for two weeks to remove your program.

I bought McAfee two years now, but I doubt I will ever use it again. I suggest you show this e-mail to your top executive so he or she can change their business practices It surely does not endear MacAfee to anyone!

McAfee refund not received

I made a payment on the 5th Dec 2017 of £22.31, i have emailed Mcafee previously (1 week ago) that i have spent hours & hours of waisted time trying to install with no response from Mcafee, my computer does not allow it to install, now i have tried to log in to my account & the Mcafee website does not recognize my email address. I am not satisfied with the service & demand a refund - my name is Simon Warner & i paid by debit card ending 0026 & would like this money refunding. - The card is registered to the post code below in the UK (i am English), but the laptop & me are in Thailand in 6 months vacation.
