Mr. Rick S. McGregor, having ask Mr. Donald Renfro to cross over his property to gain easy access to a job he had on the adjacent property, ignored the refusal he'd gotten from Mr. Renfro, when approximately 3 weeks later, he destroyed a foliage barrier which had separated the properties. He completely uprooted all the foliage in an area large enough to drive the heavily loaded transport truck through to deliver a large heavy septic tank; possibly damaging Mr. Renfro's septic system in the process. When caught in the act of trespassing & destruction of property by the owner, Mr. McGregor then did actually add insult to injury, with verbal insults, & by making physical threats. During the police investigation that was done, Mr. McGregor then told multiple lies to the investigating officer.
The research that I've done so far, has revealed that Mr. Rick McGregor is not licensed as a contractor, but works with other family members who are licensed under McGregor Construction Inc. Their office is located at 699 B Pearson Rd, Paradise, Ca. After talking with an investigator who works with the Contractors State License Board, it sounds like the work that Mr. Rick McGregor is doing, may not be legal for a number of reasons. My experience with him has proven to me, that his character is definitely lacking. I would advise against involving him in any work that would involve much honesty & trust.

mr renfro lost in small claims court with mcgregor construction. mr.renfro did give mcgregor construction verbal authorization to cross his property to gain access to his neighbors yard. which was wittnessed by his neighbor and put in writing and submitted in small claims court. also in small claims court was the attending police officer who was supoened by mcgregor construction, who contradicted mr.renfro statements make against mcgregor. mr. renfro wrote a letter to mcgregor construction stating mcgregor construction could make this problem go away if they would pay him money.
