MBT Shoes mbt rocker bottom shoes

Bought 6 pairs of MBT rocker bottom sandals. Never wore 4 of them. All have crumbled. The "filler" in the soles has crumbled out, leaving giant hole, and collapsed sole. These shoes are unwearable. And they were quite expensive. Contacted company and all it offered, because the shoes were more than 1 year old, was for me to BUY MORE shoes and get a small discount. MBT shoes of inferior quality, certainly not worth the high price. Based on the warranty, MBT shoes apparently are made to last only up to 1 year.

MBT Shoes Refund never received

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes off the Amazon site and there was no mention that it was in China. Once the order was put through I contacted them via email because the products were not what I had chosen. A customer service manager, YUAMY, responded that they will investigate to make sure the correct products would be delivered. This all happen the same day as the purchase. The shoes took over a month to be recieved and were not the ones ordered. According to their return policy, I contacted them with pictures of the shoes purchased and the shoes shipped. I followed the return policy (that I had printed) and shipped them back. The policy states that if the error was the company's a FULL REFUND along with the shipping will be reinsured. The company received the shoes on Feb 2, 2016. I advised them of the total amount for the shoes and the shipping that should be refunded. As of Feb 16, I still had not received the refund on my credit card. So I contacted them again a few weeks later and YUAMY stated it will take a bit of time because of the processes of their banks. Once again I contacted them the beginning of April with some aggression and to this day I still have not received the refund. Total refund for shoes and shipping is $473.18CA. If you require pictures of the shoes and shipping label just let me know.
I would think MBT should be concerned with this practice. I would appreciate any ideas on how to get my refund...thx

MBT Shoes Delivery status

I submitted an order for MBT shoes sini lux white with order Number [protected] on 23rd September 2014 and paid by my debit card. I got information that it will delivered within 3 to 10 working days. But till today I couldn't get it . I send So many messages but not got any reply back. Please arrange to deliver it as early as possible. Waiting to hear from you.

i purchased some shoes from a website disguised as MBT shoes. They sell knock offs. I was told by my bank that unless they use the word authentic they can say whatever they want - steal logos - use pictures, advertising, anything goes. How in the name of god can that be legal ? We need to change the laws in this country

MBT Shoes Never received Shoes I paid for!

I ordered a pair of MBT Shoes (Womens Sport Two Black) for $125.00. On Feb 24, 2010
I have never received the shoes. I have emailed back and forth to this company several times and they contunie to tell me they are investigating
my order. They have told me that the shoes shipped and then stopped mid way and I need to be patient. They also promised 2 weeks ago if they can not locate
my shoes then they will resend the order. I have heard nothing else and am very upset about this. Attached is the conversations I have hasd with the company thats handling or not handling my complaint to date.

Since receiving your email I have sent 2 emails to youlikeshoes.com to ask how this was shipped as they never sent an infomation on how the shoes were shipped. I have no idea how they were sent out but I am really getting concerned and need this resovled.

I will get an Attorney to follow up if I hear nothing back or if I do not receive these shoes which were paid for on Feb 24th 2010.

I'm having a similar problem with www.topsmbt.com. I did not do enough research before buying these and saw them for such a good deal that I went ahead with the sale. After reading about these fraud websites later that same day I emailed topsmbt.com (the only way to contact them of course, no 1-800 number, no live chat, etc). I've been in contact with them for over a week and I am getting no where. I told them to cancel and refund, yet they shipped days later anyways, and now they have ceased communication. Today I went back to their website and it has changed from a week ago when I purchased. They actually admit, now, to not being authentic MBT shoes. Isn't that just great. So I guess I'll see what arrives...if it ever arrives. I know I'm not getting a refund though, that's for certain, and I don't think a lawyer will be able to help you. Sadly, the research I've done on these fraud websites say many of them are in China and therefore are basically untouchable as far as our consumer laws go. I read your correspondence with the company you posted and it's frighteningly similar to my correspondence. Good luck to you, but I think we've been tricked.

I ordered a pair of MBT sport white shoes from edonly.com They sent an older version of the shoes. I wore the shoes a few days before I notice that they were the wrong shoes (not the same as the ones I was suppose to get). I contacted edonly.com and let them know. They asked me to send pictures to prove that the shoes were the wrong ones. In the mean time...

MBT Shoes Fakes?

Having searched the web, I found www.antishoes-uk.com/ offering MBT Shoes for as little as 87 USD, including shipping(to Germany).
Unsuspecting I ordered, payed using Paypal.
When I got the confirmation of Paypal it showed Chinese letters and a different Dealername.
I got worried, checked the homepage well- it didn´t show any adress of the shop, no contact phone or any other information.
Immediately I wrote to Paypal to cancel my payment, which luckily worked out.

I just received the shoes in great time, 6 business days and I did not realize they were coming from china. I would not ordered them if this were the case.
