MBF Leasing LLC Credit card machine leasing

I signed a month to month lease with the first four months free trail, I was not given access to the entire lease at the time, and all the handwritten info (Including terms) was added after I signed it. Once I notice the money missing from m account I files a complaint with the complain and filled out a fraud application they requested. I was unable to file a police report because I did not have the name of the sales person. When I called MBF to obtain the name of the sale person and a copy of my lease agreement, there was no record. When I made a my formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, MFB starting calling me 3 or 4 times a day telling me that I would be granted 4 months free usage of their machine much like I was told when the sales person visited my establishment offering the free promotion to try out the credit card machine. They also agreed to refund all unauthorized money taken out of my account.

Instead of receiving a refund MBF continued to take money out of my account, additionally on top of taking money from my account they charged me service fees which was never disclosed. And if that was not enough I was told that I was under a six year lease, and the sales person never disclose the condition of the promotion and month to month lease agreement.I had to close my bank account because my account became overdrawn.I began receiving threating phone calls and letter. Even after mailing back the credit card machine to the company I am still being harassed and threatened.

I am no longer able to work as I have been diagnosed with acute PTSD, this company has taken my money, my small business, my health and my family. If I could take any day back, it would be the day that sales person walking into my store.

MBF Leasing LLC Credit card equipment

I am trying to cancel my lease and i had been using their service for 6 years and did send letter to the company and also fax them and so far they don't respond. company phone is busy left massage and they suppose to respond in 24 hours and they did not return my call.also when we call massage say 20 minutes holding time and i did hold for more than hours and no body pick up the phone. I have to return their equipment and cancel my lease.

MBF Leasing LLC Scam artist

A "so called rep" from MBF Leasing company had us sign a contract for a year he would not let us take a copy and insisted he had to take it to have it approved, once signed. The verbal agreement was for a year. As this "scam Artist" never returned with the conrtact, but the credit card processor came, it was out dated, it can not be reprogram.

Global Check (credit card CO.) cease to debit my account after a year but not MBF Leasing.

When I call the teleprompter question " Do you need a copy of your contract". When the Contract came it was no longer two pages it was five pages with my intials on them.

MBF Leasing LLC Stay away

MBF Leasing LLC Fraud of contract

I was presented a sales presentation for a credit card machine. The salesman told me I would be charged a certain percentage for the credit card transactions. I agreed to what the salesperson told me and signed a contract. He did not leave a copy of the contract with me due to him telling me that it had to go back to the home office for processing. Long Story short, I finally acquired a copy of the contract 2 1/2 months later. I did make numerous phone calls immediatley after signing the contract due to being charged for the machine and not recieving it. I finally recieved the machine and it did not go live until 45 days after signing the contract. Well, they only have a 7 day backout clause from the date the contract was signed. It had already passed. I used the machine for 12 months. My company went out of business and I returned the machine in perfect working order. I was charge an additional $395 from EVO, The credit card processor for turning off the account. These charges were never discussed with the salesman at the time of the presentation. I have now received a letter from MBF Leasing stating I owe for the additional 36 months and failure to honor payment commitment may result in my account being referred for legal action. What recourse do I have on this issue?

MBF Leasing LLC Equipment Rental

After contract was up and equipment returned I received a call asking for a 'check reader' - I explained all the equipment I had was returned and we never had a check reader - they are now telling me to buy the check reader out for 350.00 and I owe another 451.88 for two months of lease - they will continue to charge me 223.44 each month for this check reader I do not have - I asked the previous owner if they ever had a check reader - they never requested or received a check reader - MBF says there agreement shows we signed for a check reader -and they faxed over a copy - My copy does not show a check reader leased - I think they added this one after sign up - they are not to be trusted - I have been paying 223.00 monthly for 3 years for a piece of equipment that costs 250.00 to buy. Can someone help me out on this?
