Maytagupdate on maytag bravo washer

After filing the first complaint this Melanie called me to help resolve my issue and so I called her back. I talked to some other guy there and after giving him my reference number she left he still had no clue what was going on. Finally he sees my problems and said they were offering me a free six month warranty. Why would I want that when the washer never worked in the first place and on top of that I never could get anyone to come out to even look at it?? Taking two days off work for no one to show up and on top of that a washer that doesn't work that's brand new. Terrible customer service and I will let everyone I know what I went through. Nice job Maytag.
