Maytag / rust on the tub

Maytag Top Loader Washing Machine

Purchased 2/14/2014

Problem:
Rust around the top of the Tub.
This machine is only 4 years Old.
The baked enamal Paint is coming off and the tub is rusting.
There is no way to repair this.
This is the result of poor quality steel.
The location is a utility room... It's not the location.
The washing machine this one replaced had sat there for Over 20 years with no rust.
Surely your top of the line washing machines will last longer than this.
Please review and tell me what actions Maytag is going to take
to make this right.
At least send someone to look at it...
We purchased Maytag because we thought your product was the best.
