Maytag / coin-operated washer

Kingston,Jamaica, JM Review updated:

Between july 2017 and august 2017 138 student living jamaica purchased 13 washers and 8 dryers from the local dealers atl jamaica limited to equip the laundromat it operates for the benefit of its residents (clients). eight weeks ago 2 washers stopped working and the atl technician advised that the circuit board needed to be replaced but none was in stock. eight weeks later with now 5 washers not working, we have had no acceptable solution from the dealers who are still awaiting arrival of parts whilst we have extremely angry residents unable to access the laundry service which is a critical part of our product offering.

The situation is untenable and as such we have identified washers elsewhere and are prepared to return the washers to atl in return for some dryers however they have flatly refused to take back the washers whilst not providing an acceptable solution.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer assistance to those residing outside of the United States. All further questions would have to be addressed by your local representative. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

@Wp2008 Thanks for your response. The local representative is answerable to themselves? Can you please direct us to whom we need to present our case when we have a complaint against the local dealers?
