Mayflower grande hotel hatyai — Request for full refund of deposit paid
Re: complaint of mayflower grande hotel (hatyai)
I have personally go to mayflower grande hotel hatyai front counter at [protected]@ 3rd february 2015 and paid the deposit by cash 1, 500 bath And the receipt no.29154 to book the room for next day check-in(4th february 2015).
Unfortunately, i have to cancel the booking due to personal reason.
I went to the mayflower grande hotel hatyai at 7.30pm which same day of booking.the time between cancellation and booking not more than 12 hours.
The front cashier rang to the manager and being told that the deposit is not refundable.
I found this manager has no reason to keep my deposit.
Kindly advise the hotel policy or term and condition about this hotel manager decision.
