maxium burn Xtreme / no customer support or physical address
company representives refuses to answer phone lines. I have been trying to contact this company for the last two days to cancel contract-I have been put on hold for long periods of time, with no answer. I've called early mornings-10 am, then again in the evenings. I was placed on hold so long today(11-30-2010) until the recording said " call back during regular business hours". Then there is no physical address listed anywhere. or e-mail address.I'm begining to feel as though this is part of their " game ", to get pass the ten days trial time. Not that I have received any of their products at present time.
