Maximum Platinum unauthorized debit of $99.95 from acct

i was on line looking at payday loan info upon completion of my app. i was instructed in order to apply for the loan my info would be shared with partner companies so that if they were unable to approve me maybe an affiliate would. needless i was denied. i went back online to check my banking account- i realized that #99.95 was taken out of my checking acct. I then called the number that was provided by my bank. I called this number and was told that an email was sent to me explaining the details of this offer and that i only had 7 days to cancel. needless to say since this was something i was unaware of taken place i could not cancel now and they are saying they will not refund the money. HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK! please

I was trying to apply for an online loan. I had gone another route as far as my situation and went about my week. I noticed before i had to leave out of state that a deduction of $79. 95 was taken out of my checking acct. I didnt authorize anyone to do this. I had called the phone # that was on my banking statement and i talked to someone who said that the had sent me a email the next day to cancel the transaction. I told the man that i was out of town and i didnt have a way to check the "email message" to cancel. And he said he wouldnt refund my $ but to just go to their website and purchase something from it. I dont want to purchase anything i just want me $ back. They had no right taking my $ out of my account!

I looked at my bank statement and saw were this company took money out of my account. I call the number on the statement and was told that I filled out a form and it was sent to them and I authorized the transaction. I do not recall filling any form for them and did not authorize them to take money out of my account.

when applying for car loan information they automatically take account info and charge you for unauthorized credit limit for online shopping and debit your account with the info provided for credit bureau approval.

I was sent an email saying I was enrolled in the Maximum Platinum Credit Card Services and that they had the authorization to take the fee of $79.95 out of my checking account. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS! How do I stop them from doing this?

this company claims that I applied for an online line of credit for up to 10000. I am pretty sure that I did not apply for such a thing. I don't even recognize this company at all. I think this company should be investigated. Then they don't even have a number where you can contact this company. The number they do give is no help at all and should be eliminated all together. I really wish I could speak to someone that is actually helpful.

we need to file a class-action suite against this company for ripping
so many people off one of which was me. There is no products that
I want and they are more expensive than any of the actual stores in town. My bank couldn't do anything about the money they took out of my account since they are a ligitimate company.

These companies, Maximum Platinum and National Platinum, debited membership fees from my bank account without authorization. Member Services, the company that takes the customer service calls for these companies, would not refund the charges of $79.95 x 2 and $14.00 x 2.

Maximum Platinum Unauthorized charge!

I thought I was applying for an on-line loan and I received an email that cannot be replied to, stating that I was signed up for a credit card to use at 'meg-stores' whatever that is. They are deducting $49.95 from my checking account to activate this card which I did not authorize that I wanted and do not want!

I received an e-mail stating that I had been enrolled with Maximum Platinum. I specifically did not enroll in this online mega-store. The e-mail sated that the enrollment fee debit of $79.95 that I "authorized" would be submitted for payment to my bank within 3 business days and my account activation expected withing the next 14 days.

I have no use for this service nor would I have enrolled in such non-sense. I most certainly cannot afford to spend $79.95 for nothing.

I was applying for a payroll advance through cashadvance.com and I somehow got an email from Maximum Platinum congratulating me for subscribing to their services, when in fact I did not that I am aware of, so I tried to return their emails and I even tried contacting them through their website with no reply and when I finally got through to someone they said they will not return my $79.95 and I am attempting to send a copy of all returned emails and emails that did go through to prove that I did attempt to contact them. This company is ripping innocent consumers off by stealing their information every time someone attempts to get a payday loan through these websites. Is there anything I can do to get my money refunded?

was online trying to get a loan. They make it sound like you are approved. 5 days later no money in bank from them so never followed up on. However: on the 13th of MARCH (supposedly ok on Feb 28.) I see this charge. My bank account is $500.00 in the red because of this. I have tried to call them and is a bunch of HATEFUL people when you call. Took me three days just to get the name of company that sent me the supposed email. Here we are, In my research I see I am not the only taken for a ride. I am taking this to my WONDERFUL banking institute who helps me with this mess and I DISPUTED CHARGES.

This same thing happened to me. I applied for a payday loan that I didn't even get and about two weeks later my husband informed that the count had NSF in it. The bank gave us the number to this bootleg company the Rep named Toya was very rude. To say the least the stuff on there look cheap.
I'm just so upset that this can happen and there's nothing you can do about it.
If anybody have any suggestion feel free to let me know.
Thanks

They did the same thing to me twice, the first time they were going to take$79.95 out of my account and I e-mailed them and they didn't take and had closed out my bank account and started another account with a different bank and just today I checked my new bank account balance and they have taken $49.95 out of my account. There is a phone number on a copy of my check that I was able to see on line and I tried calling it and it's a bogus number. I am going to my bank tomorrow and see what can be done. Good luck to all of U and if something can be done I'll let U guys know.

I had $79.95 deducted from my account TWICE! I never authorized this deduction from my account! Because it is considered an NSF, there is nothing my bank can do to help me. When I called Maximum Platinum the CSR's were VERY rude! I filed a complaint with our local police department, but was told there is nothing that really can be done. Any other suggestions?!?!?

Hello:

I inquired about an on-line loan as well. Last month my checkinga account was charged 79.95 for something I did not authorize. The website was very misleading and you could not go forward or back when this screen came up. I finally found a 1-800 # to call and the CSR was very rude and said the company has a "no refund" policy. I need to get my money back so if anyone has been successful I would like to know the info. I am thinking of reporting them to our Attorney Generals office.
