Max White Teeth Scam and theft

I ordered the "fee trial" for a small shipping charge. I received the product 10 days after the ship date. I did not even have time to try the "free trial". Then I received another shipment, so I refused it at the post office, with return to sender. I was then charged full price for the free trial and also for another one. I called and they would not refund anything as I did not call within the 14 days. I agreed to pay for the first shipment but wanted credit for the shipment I returned unopened. They would not refund anything. My credit card company is looking into the matter.

Max White Teeth teeth whitening scam

I stupidly signed up for a FREE trial of two teeth whitening products as seen on an adverstisement within the Hotmail website. I am now trapped in a scam which enrolled me into memberships because I agreed to the FREE trial. IvoryBrites at least will allow me to return their product for a refund and they were reachable by phone to cancel my membership. I had to request a return code from their support dept and I have yet to get it but I am hoping one thing goes right in this whole mess. Max White however, did answer my call in India but they are not willing to allow you to return their product for any refund. The operator made me read off my full address, name, phone #, and email before he would cancel my membership. I don't know if he was confirming my information or writing it down for the first time. I spent 17 minutes on hold while he "cancelled" my membership. I am also being charged by Axis Wellness for $9.99. Apparently I was given(charged for) a memership to their website. I had to request that cancelled through IvoryBrites as well. The FREE trial is not with the hassle of cancelling these memberships. Obviously, the TERMS are not very clear as you breeze through the screens to receive the free trial. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AS I HAVE!

Max White Teeth, advertises free trial merchandice for shipping and handling charges only. What they say in small print is if you don't notify them within 14 days, you don't want any more of their worthless product, they will continue shipping their worthless product to you. I just cancelled my credit card because they refused to confirm. they would remove my credit card number from their files.

I went to the bank today to find out about another company who had taken out money from my account-Ivory Brites. When doing so, I found out that Max White Teeth had taken money from my account as well. I have never event seen the product delivered. I accepted the free trial, which did not include free shipping. I used my debit card. Max White Teeth appears to be a scam. They used my debit card to charge my account.

They claim to give you their whitening stuff for free and just charge you shipping and handling of $1.99. Then give you 14 days to cancel. I called to cancel. They charged my card for the free stuff and charged me $78.93. They could not find my Confirmation number in the system. They called me. I will never give out my debit card number again.

Do not order this! My son was charged three times in one month and he had moved from his address...they still charged him even when he never received the product. They will not reimburse anything! When he called in, the phone line was very scratchy and when he asked to talk to a supervisor..."he was in a meeting"...yeah, right!

I noticed on my last credit card bill that I was charged $78.93 for a supposed free trial from Max White Teeth. I was told online in their website I would get a free trial for only one payment of Shipping and Handling for $4.99. Apparently, if you don't call them within 14 days to cancel your supposed "subscription", they just start charging your card every month $78.93 plus shipping. So, don't get conned into this scam.

On [protected], my checking acocount was charged $4.99 whch I thought was for a sample. Then I was charged $78.93 from my checking account on [protected]. But they weren't done yet. On [protected], I was charged $83.92. I did receive a pitiful little kit last week. I will call my bank and put a stop to this. Good Luck to anyone else having problems with this company.

I noticed a couple of days ago I was charged $78.93 and $2.37 FOUR TIMES EACH from this company I have never heard of. I did a free trial of a teeth whitening kit from a different company. So I don't know how this happened. I've tried lookin them up online and there's nothing. Does this company exist or what? How do I settle this?

Last month, on the internet, I ordered for FREE, a sample of a tooth whitening product called MAX WHITE TEETH. I agreed to a shipping charge of $4.99, (which I put on my VISA Card) for which I was billed. I did receive the product. A few days later, my credit card was charged the amount of $78.93 for BRIGHT TEETH NOW 877-2, which I did not authorize and which I never received anything in the mail. Then, a week later, there was a charge for MY WHITENING 86636, in the amount of $83.92, which I did not authorize and which I did not receive. They all all different names and all unauthorized. I reported this to my credit card and there is currently an investigation pending. This is outrageous. It is Fraud and should not be allowed. Beware before you order anything from the Internet and make sure you check your credit card statements daily. Joan D.

I ordered the Free sample you pay S&H of $4.99... That was just the start of a nightmare.. I was charged $78.93 and now they are telling me "per our contract" the Free was not free but was a full month supply and I was billed the $78.93 and cant get a refund, so after three weeks of this bull..., I contacted my bank and we will see how this plays out. I am going to contact the BBB in thier area and will have a lot to say about the way I was treated...Karen Brandt

Yep, I am too trusting. I usually research these things, but I didn't this time, to my dismay. As most of the complaints herein, my credit card was charge $78.93 with an additional .63 cent International Transfer Fee. I too tried to get my money back, but to no avail. I was, however, offered $40 off my next 3 months of product. How nice is that! I told them that I had not yet received the product. They told me that I had a 14 day trial period. I told them that I didn't receive the product and thus the 14 days should not have begun. Nope, I'm wrong again. The 14 days begins when you order the item(s) on the internet and since I didn't call within that 14 day period; that I should have expected to receive them; and they have the right to charge my credit card. Not sure how I can have a 14 day trial period when I don't have the product to try. I AM APPALLED AND EMBARRASED. Please save yourself and do your research on these internet "SCAMS". It is horrible that customer service, even in these times, is crap!

Teeth Whitening Now/Max White Teeth - I think they have even more company names they go by. Got charged the 78.93 after my "free trial" offer to only pay $4.99 S&H. Only after I got my credit card bill did I realize I didn't read the fine print and cancel my order within the 14 day "free trial" offer. I also received another kit and got charged $83.92. I canceled it now. Guess I have to eat the charges. READ THE FINE PRINT.

There is no such thing as a free lunch and that is the case for these so called fee trials. I stupidly got one of those fee trials from Max White teeth for shipping only, only to find that it wasn't as fee as they stated, the company had charged my bank account for an extra $78.93 for product that I hadn't or wanted to recieve. When I called to companies customer support which was in India I got the reponse that they only could refund me $40 then I push a bit more and got a $60 refund only to find that I couldn't close the account if I wanted the refund. I didn't want any extra product why in the hell would I want more? In the end I traced the advert down and looked at their terms and conditions, which stated you have 30 days to cancel your account Of which I called India back and stated this I am still waiting the $60 back and for them to close my account so I still got charged $20 for something I didn't want is any one watching these companies? I feel sorry for the people who work at this companies that rip people off, granted I shouldn't of gone the cheap way out it ended up costing me money I don't have...

On April 15, I called and asked this company to send me ONLY a sample of their product, as advertised online. All of a sudden on 4-30, my card was charged with $78.93 for supposedly another batch I have never ordered, then again on 5-15, I was charged with $83.92. I called them by phone, and only after I threatened them with complaining to the California Attorney General office, they said they will reimburse me with ...$60.00 for the first charge. They did reimburse me with $60.00 on 5/20, but never reimbursed me for the whole amount, neither for the $83.92! Since then, I have never heard of them again! I complained to Chase - my credit card company.

I too was scammed by these sleaze bags! I spoke with a, Asian female. After they charged my credit card of $2.01, the initial payment for the free trial, they attempted to charge the full $78.93 several times a week or so after, but having not received the product I figured out that something was terribly wrong, so I had by bank block my account and I am in the process of changing my credit card number and information. I hope these maggots get caught and jailed!

I recently fell prey to a sam invoving a so-alled free trial of tooth whitening gel. They offer a trial sample for shipping cost of 4.99. If you do not read every word of the fine print you will end up getting charged $78.93 for the "free" sample, and then they will start sending you shippments every month at the cost of $83.92. Cancelling is a HUGE pain, they try everything to get you to keep going, and when I told them I had returned the product shipped and had a tracking confirmation number to prove it, they quoted more fine print stating that beause I did not ship it properly according to their procedures (this includes some "RNA" number that you are supposed to have called them for first) they will not accept the product. So, they have the product in their hands and still refuse to refund my money due to a technicality. Even the promised return call from a supervisor never materialized "due to the fact that everything had already been sufficiently explained to me." I cannot stress enough that this is a company you want to stay FAR away from unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars for trays that dont fit, bleaching gel that leaks out of the trays, doesn't work, and tastes terrible enough to make you gag.

I requested a sample, within 10 days of receiving the product I called & cancelled, the person I spoke to told me no problem I would not be billed. Then a few days later I noticed 2 charges of $78.95 was taken from my account from Max White Teeth. I again called their [protected] number and was told I would get a full refund. I was given back just 1 of the 2 charges. I called again today and was told I would not be receiving the other charge back. The company is located in a foreign country, the people are VERY rude and hard to understand. This is as close to a scam as I figure you can get. BUYER BEWARE!

Mostly like all the others here, they advertised a "free" sample and then they charge $78 for it. In addition, I cancelled my last shipment and they only want to refund $50 out of $84.
Since I live in FL I have just filed a complaint with the state attorney and tomorrow I will go to Miami Beach PD to file a police report.
This company is all forward it to India and you have to spell or repeat every word you say on the phone.
Customer service is non existent!

Max White Teeth unauthorized charges

Max White Teeth processed an unauthorized charge of $78.93 to my account. I paid for the trial whitening kit but didn't authorize them to process any more charges. They refuse to credit the money back to my account. DON'T BUY ANY TRIALS FROM THEM!
It doesn't work and it's a scam.

Max White Teeth charged my account $73.98 for a product I never authorized. I ordered a trial thru a different company and paid the S & H to them and now this charge appears. I called them and they said I have a subscription thru them. I told them I didnt authorize a subscription and I wanted my money back. They gave me an e-mail address and said if I put it in writing they would reimburse me. Never happened. Tried to call them again, they said no manager is available to talk to and because my "account" that I never authorized is closed, they cant reimburse me. They said they credited my account $40 but they cant credit the rest. The bank said I can dispute the charges though. Someone needs to do something about this company.

I ordered the sample for s&h and was charged $78.93 to my bank account. I read the fine print 3 times over to make sure this wouldn't happen. I am calling my bank in the morning to try and get it stopped before it goes through. I ordered a free sample of the teeth whitening gel from this company for the cost of shipping and handling which they billed to my credit card. One month later I found a charge of $78.93 from this same company! I have read the other complaints and I also never was told about a "membership". Like many others, I bit on the "free" trial. I was charged for four charges of 78.93 with international shipping of 2.37 each. This was not authorized by me and it may take my changing my account number on my card to straighten out! What a hassle! Never buy from an unsolicited ad.

I took a trial offer of Max White Teeth and IvoryBritesWhiteneing which I was led to believe worked in tandem. I wanted to try them. I did not want to sign up in advance of knowing the results for a monthly service costing $$78.93. I did all this on the IvoryBritesWhitening web site and consider them one and the same.

FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR BANK...
I signed up for free trial and paid for S&H charges, ordered on May6TH and by May21st I was being charged $78.63. The agreement never showed the amount I would be charge after 14days. I immediatley called to cancel product and they told me I was too late, they could not refund or I could not return product. May 27th I called for address to return product and the rep.would not give it to me. If anyone has their address please pass it on. My advice is to file a claim with your bank so these scammers won't get paid. I did. Yvonne in California...yatorres89@yahoo.com

I ordered a free sample of the product on a Very Simple web sight I had linked to that did NOT have ANY terms and conditions. Then I was charged almost 80.00 on my account later and was told "you agreed to the terms and conditions that were clearly stated."
The link I used from http://marysteeth.com/ doesnt work any more. I can see why they shut it down but they refused to refund me the amount and offered 40.00 refund only.

Recieved an unauthorized charge to my credit card from Max Bright Theeth. I called and was informed that I had 14 days to deny the monthly order process that was stated on their main web site. On the free trial offer of 4.99 for shipping and handling it made no notification to the customer that we would get additional billing for using their free! Trial product. I had to call them and the phone rep was very rude and unreasonable and refused to remove charges from my card. This is a scam and misleading to the general public.
