i have made an order on the 29th of september and we are the 16th of november and still didnt get it.
i've sent a first email on october 16 asking if my order shipping and they replied : "

Hi, you will need to track your order later using the link above^^

The updates will show up soon. We've already printed your order and will ship out soon. And your money is absolutely safe with us.

Don't worry about it. All set! :)

Thanks for your business and understanding."

so i waited and checked the racking link a lot and noticed it wasn't working so sent an email on october 21st again saying the link doesn't work and they reply "Hello,

We do apologize for the inconvenience.

We will have this follow up on the courier's end to check how the shipment is going.

We will also request them to update the tracking of the package.

We appreciate your patience."
then nothing until i send an email on the 30th of october asking for a refund but no one answered. i send back an email on november the 2nd and they finally reply with: --
"Hi, you can track your order above^^

it will arrive very soon.

Don't worry about it. All set! :)

Thanks for your business and understanding."

a new link showing that they lied when they told me they printed my order early october..

anyways we are mid november and still nothing...

very bad experience and customer service.. at least say at checkout that the order can take more than 2 months!! will never order again from there
