My booking reference is GHWTGG. There are 4 persons, me, my wife and my 2 sons. I have checked in by web. And the result is the seats of my sons are not in a row with me or my wife. My sons are 6 years old. They still need our support. My question is why the check in system does not put my sons in a row with me or my wife eventhough I have bought 1 ticket for 4 persons. Why we have to add Rp 95, 000 only to change our seats? It is really a cheating you have us lower price but there is a hidden price you created for the thing like this.

    I also want to add about customer service performance today. I contacted 3 times for asking about this matter. And all of the customer service closed the phones unpolite way. They just closed the conversation without asking me. It's really a very bad attitude.
