Never made a complaint in my life, this dealer managed to cause me make this compliant.
I was excited to buy the car. The car was dirty with dead bugs in there as if it was left to die but the dealer said the car will not look the. Everything will get cleaned safetied and certified. He promised to get it done within 4 days. I called and its not ready. After a week I went to pick up it was in the same condition but safetied and certified. The same day I had breaks issues. Return to fix he's too busy fix now after a week, car is not fixed and he will call back when car is ready. After 2 weeks later car is not fixed keep in mind I have a month warranty. I realized I'm dealing with a rip off dealer who makes promises but not fulfill them. Then I had car battery die and I had to pay for towing to take it so he can replace battery. He broke his promise to replace the battery and refuse to fix. He used foul language on me. After this incident I was sure to that I'm going to make a complaint. I would never recommend anyone to buy from a car from this dealer.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I am currently experiencing the exact same scenario. I saw a car he was advertising on Kijiji, called him and went to see it. He seemed really nice and professional, gave me the keys to drive the car round then I agreed to deposit on it. He gave me a receipt on UCDA Used Vehicle Bill of Sale and felt quite confident in it. He promised to have the car ready 3 weeks ago but every time I call him, he either does not pick up or blocks my number. He recently told me his mother is in hospital and I should back off and respect that! Can you imagine the nerve? His moving to a new location so every time I go to 65 Belcan Place, Waterloo - his is not there. He is still selling 14 cars on Kijiji and I see his complaints date back as far as 2013 and this is 2018? So I am wondering how this man has continued to abuse clients with no action! I want us to go to CTV with this. Who is on board? People like this should not be allowed to use official organizations to do their dirty work!
He was saying to me about his mother in hospital as well I waited 3 weeks to get my vehicle and after I left realized I didn't get my licence sticker renewed at his suggestion because it was within 90 days of expiring service ontario he said would want me to renew it but after many calls I gave up he ripped me for the sticker $120
Do not buy a vehicle from Matt's Auto. I bought a 2003 Gmc Envoy from him. He gives a 30 day warranty. But, it's not worth the paper it is printed on. I had a abs brake issue from the moment I picked up the vehicle. I took it back to him after just 3 days as the alternator was defective and he put a used one in which took a full week. He did not address the abs issue. Also the right front strut assembly broke after a week. He gives you the run around and delays you with the same excuse, that he is too busy. Don't walk, RUN from this clown dealer!
I noticed too that he has removed the 'comment' section on his site. MANY of them were NOT favourable to him - Truth hurts apparently. I said on his site that unless you are from Arabic countries, STAY AWAY. He is pleasant at the stat THEN, when you have to return time and time again, his TRUE UGLY face emerges
