Mattel Skip bo playing cards

I bought the the skip bo cards 2 months ago. My husband and I love to play it. The problem it the new cards didn't last the cards torn apart and I had to fix them with scotch tape. We bought skip bo cards before and this never happened. I had to use my old skip bo cards. The price I paid for the new cards this should of not happened. For Matel to put out a product like that I was very surprise.

Mattel hot wheels

dear hot wheels,

I'm a 55yr old kid and Hot Wheels fan 1975. I now have a grandchild, my buddy ( Adam Russel ), who is now a car guy. I take him to car shows with me, but only indoor venues.

My 2yr old buddy is autistic and cannot deal with revving engines because of sensory overload.

I used to take all 4 of my children to "monster jams". they grew up and only one got bit by the car bug.

Now many years later my grandson has been bitten by the same bug and has his share of Hot Wheels and monster trucks. One of his first series of words was " ready, set, go" while releasing his Hot Wheels down a track.

This past week I saw a commercial for " Hot Wheels monster truck" event, in phila pa. With a heavy heart (knowing I couldn't take my buddy), my inner child screamed with joy.

I explored the event, only to find a meet and greet with the truck and drivers an hour and a half before the main event. That would be ideal for Adam, I can see it now, a 2yr old standing in front of a monster truck in real life, that is also a Hot Wheels.

Great! $8 tickets per person, we are so there.

Unfortunately, you have to buy event tickets (lowest is $42 per), to get the preshow tickets.

Although very disappointing for Adan and me, I hope this letter can spark an idea for an event for special need children so they too can enjoy your product as I have.

Mattel Incorrect dna stamp on Mosesaurus dinosaur

My grandson has bees very excited about becoming a paleontologist. His excitement is extraordinary, about his dinosaurs, and the cool things you can do to interact with the app and he pointed out to me that the DNA on his mosesaurous was incorrect. He showed me how to download the correct app and scan the dna tag on the fin and it pops up as a t-Rex. The little man is very upset, he cannot wrap his head around how anyone would mistake the two dinosaurs. Because of the VAST differences. I need your help to rectify the problem. Is it as simple as sending him a new tag that can be glued over the old one? I don’t assume you would send a new mosesaurous. How bad is this problem? Maybe change the programming on the app? I am unsure how to proceed. I don’t want to tell him that “people just make mistakes” he is so sure that no one could misrepresent the dinosaurs incorrectly.

Mattel Hotwheels Ford Cobra

I contacted Mattel within 12 hours of purchasing requesting to cancel my order.

A reply was received 3 days later stating "Regrettably, as we’re eager to get your order to you as soon as possible, orders are processed straight away, and we’re unable to make any changes to it at this point". I replied to this message but it was ignored.

A further 11 days later, I had an email to say the item has now been shipped. That's 2 weeks since order date that there was ample time to sensibly cancel this order as asked. The item is now being shipped from US to UK for me to return to US at my cost, what a waste of time, money and resources!

Desired outcome: Reimburse my return shipping

Mattel Payment

I am very upset. I had norder the new draclaura holiday doll, and was so exicted about it. The money had been taking from my account and everything, but i go to look on my banking today to see the funds are back and I am no longer recieveing the doll. Im exteremly upset and dissapointed in Mattel.

I had been waiting for the release of her doll, and was so happy I got one. Now i just get it taken away. thats very unfair. I will no longer be shopping with Mattel as no I feel its unreliable.

Mattel Hot wheels action cars

This product doesn't come with directions to put together at all and the product itself is absolutely trash, this ruined my kids christmas, I will be pursuing legal action and sueing this company for 100, 000 for the time and money wasted. It is now my sole mission to take down this company for making [censored]ty toys for years. The people running this company should be ashamed of themselves for manufacturing such worthless peices of [censored]

Mattel T story 4 bunny and ducky true talkers

I bought this for the grandchildren but only to find it has button batteries... They are deadly to children if swallowed.
I know they are secured by a screw but the possibility of breakage and the button battery coming out could be deadly.
I will return to store but wanted to share this concern... Many children have become very sick or died from ingesting these button batteries.

Mattel Hot wheels rc cybertruck

In February 2020, as a devoted hot wheels fan I placed a nearly $1000 order for two 1/10th scale RC cyber trucks and four 1/64th RC cyber trucks to collect and give as gifts for Christmas. After receiving my confirmation email I diligently waited for the product to arrive in late November/December as indicated when ordering. Not only did I never receive the products, I never received any additional communication about my order.

Beginning to worry, I reached out to hot wheels multiple times by phone and email in an attempt to find out about my order only to receive evasive, deceiving and dishonest answers about how my order can't be found and may have been cancelled because of "inconsistencies" with my billing address which do not exist. Customer service can't seem to do anything to address this issue other than redirect me to a "security team" who doesn't answer their phone nor return calls.

Curious about this horrendous customer service I took it upon myself to research the product and discovered that Mattel is having production issues with the product and I should have received an email about confirming my order. I have never received this email and hot wheels has apparently cancelled my order unbeknownst to me for no valid reason or with any attempt to contact me and correct an issue. This leads me to suspect the worse, that my order was cancelled to avoid sending the product for which I entered into a purchase contract for.

Mattel has failed to do the right thing here, and this not only shows a serious lack of integrity, but is also extremely legally questionable. This experience has left me never wanting to purchase a product from Mattel ever again while I explore my options. I will be sure to warn others of this company. Lifetime fan & customer- no more.

Mattel barbie clothing

I wanted to contact someone about the variety of clothes in store or lack there of. I see how many varieties of barbie you have now, but when I was a kid the clothes and quality were a lot better. I don't think there is entirely enough barbie clothes and it is disappointing to say the least. If you do find something they are cheaply made and cost $5 for 1 outfit. This problem has made me want to step back from buying Barbie products because of the downfall. Provide more clothes options and maybe you would get back a long time dedicated customer.

Mattel Discrimination

My daughter and I were enjoying this until the doll with red hair was continually made to look like a prude, someone who can't have fun, her character is made out to look like she has OCD and anxiety disorders, she can't swim in the pool without checking the waters PH balance, she doesn't enjoy outdoor activities because she's not "carefree". Like seriously did they have to live up to the stereotype of making redheads out to be not fun people, this just instills the idea in the more young people that it's ok to outcast redheads, and redheads will continue to be bullied through there life because of shows like this. This really upsets me as I've watched my brother be bullied throughout his teens for no other reason than his hair colour, and now I'm scared I'll continue to see that with my daughter . Really unhappy with whoever created that storyline for this show, and whoever said it was ok.

Mattel Canceled Online Order

I purchased 4 Monster High dolls and 2 Monster High cars during the Blue Friday Sale on November 1st. The sale was confirmed by Mattel that day. Then I received an email November 2nd stating my order was canceled because one or more of my items had an incorrect price. I sent an email to Mattel's costumer service on November 3rd regarding the confirmed sale agreement, and that shop.mattel.com's website shopping terms of agreement located at the bottom of the webpage did not contain any clause regarding their right to cancel orders due to an error on their part. I then received an email the following day, November 4th, saying my order was canceled because the products I ordered were no longer available. Upon looking at shop.mattel.com, the products were still available in stock for purchase. The product numbers no longer correspond with the product numbers on my order form. Mattel is an extremely unethical corporation with questionable legal practices.

Mattel canceled order

Mattel advertised a huge Blue Friday sale. Prices were listed and I shopped. 3 times. I even called customer service to verify the prices were legitimate since many of them were so low. She said yes, that is what was listed. They even had free shipping. I knew my kids were going to get a Christmas unlike any other because of our tight budget. I was so excited to finally get my 8 year old a Barbie Dream House! I thought this was a promotion they were discussing earlier in the year that was going to create more buzz for their online store because it wasn't doing well at all lately. Should I say I wasn't surprised when I received an email the next morning the my order had been canceled? I called and was offered 10% off the retail prices, as if that made up for their mistake. Apparently they had some pricing errors and refused to honor them, unlike other stores who make mistakes and honor those mistakes and eat the cost. Nope, this company wants the customers to suffer from their mistakes instead of owning up to them and fixing them without losing customers. I'm never shopping Mattel again, and I will tell everyone i know for as long as I live.

Same thing happened to me and they want to "FIX" their error with a 20% off coupon! SHAME ON YOU MATTEL. I spoke to customer service and they said they had some pricing issues between 1 and 2:30 p.m. est yet I placed my order at 10 a.m. est.

Mattel Terrible in Orders, Shipping, & Refunds

Mattel.com was terrible. I placed an order for a baby doll. My VISA was charged and I got an email saying my order shipped, but the toy never showed up after a few days, so I emailed their customer service to which they to this day never responded to my email. So then I called them and a woman at Mattel.com acknowledged that they never shipped my item even though they said they did. She said they will ship out in several days :-( I needed this for a gift for my daughter's birthday party in 4 days and they cannot ship it to me any quicker due to their error! I said I need to get a refund, as I'll now have to go to a store and buy a different doll for my daughter. The woman seemed annoyed by this request but said she canceled the order and did the refund. - Two weeks later I had to call Mattel.com once again, because my VISA still hasn't been credited for the refund. Now a new woman tells me the last woman never entered my refund request! So they were just going to steal my money! I have yet to confirm that my VISA has received a refund of the cancelled order.

However what message is it that you want children to learn mass murder sharks, a creature so vital to our ecosystem. you are not scientist, you are toy-makers, so teach children about conservation not kill our next generation's hope in saving it.
Stop using your influence on children for ill purposes, remove the Mega Rig Shark Ship and go back to the drawing board.

Mattel 3-story barbie dream house

I purchased the 3-story barbie dream home for Christmas 2010. It is a piece of junk. A part of the house was cracked. The fireplace was defective and the chandelier never did work. I was told that they would replace the house only ifI returned every tiny part-not the house itself.Well I couldn't find the 1-inch toothbrush that came with it. So I justkept the piecce of junk rather than stress out on this plastic mess. I will never purchase another doll house from Mattel.

Mattel Barbie

Twice I have bought "collector" Barbies from the Barbie collector.com Website & the Barbie does NOT look like the picture in the magazine, in one case the lashes were not the same as the picture, they were really short in comparison, & the next doll had pink instead of the red lipstick in the picture AND the hair looked totally different, it was supposed to look like Joan Jett & it looked like snow white with too much eyeshadow on. Not very pleased as I also had to pay 10 bucks in EXTRA shipping fees on top of what I paid to Mattel, to add insult to injury.

Why is Mattel producing some Barbie movies with only Chelsea? Because of that I feel like Chelsea is Barbie's favorite sister. Skipper is a little close to her, next to Chelsea. But Stacie, she never gets a chance. It's very hard to even get a picture of ONLY Barbie and Stacie hugging. Chelsea gets everything just because she's the youngest and I felt that a lot after I watched Barbie Dreamtopia. I'm not very satisfied with this.

My daughter had a Barbie and her horse for Christmas, within an hour, the hand had broken and is unfixable...my daughter is very upset and I have promised rto see if I can get a replacement..it just snapped off..i, m not happy with the product..please advise me of what I can do..many thanks Miranda carey-jones

My friend works with Mattel, and they said sometimes the sculp of the Barbie doll face will change without even telling the Marketing Team.
She is the head of the Marketing Team, you can address your concern on the Mattel issue with her, she would be delighted to know some of these issues.

Mattel cheaply made not safe

i purchased a bratz hamster cage for my daughters 6th birthday, firstly the wheel broke, then the hamster chewed a big hole in the top of the watch tower and escaped my daughter was really upset and i feel the hamster cage was cheaply made which was not reflected in the price as i paid more money to buy the bratz hamster cage as it was the one my daughter wanted.the cage is now useless and i have only had it 3 months.my daughter is distraught that the hamster is not safe the cage should have been made with higher standards so children are not upset.please feel free to write to me regarding this matter as i think i was ripped off. thank you

Mattel beach barbie

The barbie beach doll is a piece of crap ! Just like all the other junk matttel is selling. The dolls hands will not fit right on the handle bars, so the doll will not ride the bike propper without her hands on the handle bars !

Does mattel try out their junk ? This is not the firt time I got took by their cheap barbies, but will be the last...I give up on their junk !

Mattel Missing parts

Bought the big T-rex rampage hot wheels set for my son for his birthday, started to assemble it and it's missing a piece that connects the two sides, so I called the manufacturer, Mattel, to see if I could get a replacement part for it.

They won't give me a replacement part, but said if I send 2 of the pieces back they'll send a whole new one...

Sounds good right? Not really, I have to pay the shipping for it and it's 2 of the heavy parts. So not only do you pay for something that isn't all there, then you have to pay for the shipping because they screwed it up.

Their other option was to compesate me $5 for the missing piece..on a $50 toy. Right, like this is my fault that they didn't send the piece.

Not cool, Mattel, you suck!

I purchased a "Monster High" book bag in August for my granddaughter. The straps broke and I have been given the run around by Mattel, they claim to have nothing to do with the book bag, except that they own the "Monster High" logo.
