Maternity ClaimsBad Service

At first things went well with my submissions as Elisma from the Cape Town Office has always been hands on, forthcoming and friendly. I am back at work from maternity leave and my final payment submission has not been done bewtween the 19 Dec 2014 when I started to date - 16 January 2015.

Elisma has emailed Anel Fourie and other staff and no response or confirmation from the Pretoria office as to when and if they have submitted it. I personally have called to the mobile numbers and landline contact answer, so I email them no response. Problem is I have paid them in advance R630.00 to handle the submissions on my behalf and I must say being as patient as I am I find them inconsistent and unprofessional. It seems as though Anel doesnt check her facts before responding to her clients and this only happens after I have already made my full payment. This is the worst service I have ever received and I will NEVER make use of their services again nor recommend them to anyone else!!!
