Mate1 / keep charging for something I do not use

I notified the company that I did not use this account. I already have an account with this company using [protected]@att.net and the fee is taken out of my account [First National Bank, Henryetta, Ok] I have another Email address [protected]@att.net and it become connected with Mate1. It could have very well been my fault. I contacted Mate1 and was told that no tranactions were used for the month I called they would refund that fee. Mate1 keeps taking money out for that email address and no mrefund was received. The fee is taken out of another account I use [American Exschange Bank, Henryetta, Ok] I would appreciated it if you would correct this and send refund or credit to the right account. thank you for your time.
