Match.com / refund not received

I had cancelled my subscription with Match.com but the next 3 months payment was withdrawn from my bank account. I first contacted them on the 31st Oct and was told I would receive a full refund. We are now on the 21st November and I am still waiting. I have phoned on numerous occasions to be told that the money was refunded on the 2nd but nobody seems to listen to the fact that I haven't received any refund. I have sent emails to the customer team that haven't been responded to and when I phone I am told that someone will get in contact with me - I am still waiting. The customer service is absolutely appalling. And I am still minus a refund of 119 pounds !!!
