Within 48 hours of subscribing to this website, my account was hijacked. Customer Service indicated I would be contacted within 72 hours and that I would get an e-mail detailing process. Multiple calls later and past the dealine, I have received no e-mails, no call, and no refund from the company. Worst customer service follow-up I have ever experienced!

    yesterday i logined match.com and paid three months fees, however, today i recevied two emails about someone changed my email and password. now, i can not login match. the hacker email is [protected]@hotmail.com
