Match.com account hacked

My account was hacked, match closed my account and refunded my money, but never sent any explanation wnat was going on. I never wanted a refund just the problem fixed. I called Match they told me to use a different email and start over, so I did. Then after a few days Match closed my account again and refunded my money. They never explained why. The problem I was communicating with a few people and now I lost that communication. I did nothing wrong or unethical in my communications. This is a bunch of crap and I'm very pissed off. I want answers from Match and I'm not getting them.
This all happen from 09/10/17-09/16/17.

Match.com unauthorised payment

Hello,

I have not logged onto this site for a few years now and I was not aware that I still had an active account, however I was recently charged an amount I DID NOT AUTHORISE. I did not receive an email nor a notification to ask if I wanted to renew or give me prior warning of an amount being deducted from my account.

Match.com customer service

I have today rung your customer services to inform you that you have taken another £59.94 off my bank card for my mother in laws subscription!
The payment was a one off payment for her birthday
not a continuous subscription as I do not intend to continuously pay for my m in laws dating life! I spoke to a gentleman who told me that if I rang back with her email address, postcode and date of birth he would be able to refund me.
I duly found this and called back only to be spoken to by an extremely arrogant boy! called Adam who very pompously told me no cant'd do it without talking to your mother in law. when I informed him that I do not wish to imbreach any data protection laws just have my money back (which by the way has resulted in me receiving bank charges for o/d!) I was just met again very sarcastically that no he couldn't help me! at this point as I was losing my temper I passed the phone to my husband to speak to him, only to find the delightful Adam had put the phone down!
If this is your customer service God help your company. I work as a customer service rep for a government agency and no we don't just hang up on our customers!
I wish for my money to be refunded immediately and an apology from so called Adam!

I have not been able to get on for 3 weeks, it will not accept my address or PW, not sure which . Exasperating and my membership is running by with out my being able to use it

Match.com unauthorized charges - no service

On August 22, I signed up for a dating service on line and was charged $62.98 on my discover card. On August 26, I called #[protected] because I was unable to log into my account. I provided all information including the charge account. However, The problem persisted and now I find out that my charge card was charged another $149.94 the day I called (Aug. 26, 2017), yet I am still not able to open the website or reply to any contacts that show up on my e-mail. If I try, I am directed to a sign-up site. I can only conclude that your are a complete scam with no service whatsoever. Here are my complete information for you to trace, and I hope you do, and not place another charge on to my credit card.

Match.com It's a scam

They will give you a hard time when it comes to the need to get their help. Don't know how to reach them. They are the only one who can help me with my issues with the website, but they are silent. No one of them wants to help. So special support for accounts. What are supposed to do people who suddenly started having problems with it?
Please try to stay away from this unreliable service.

Match.com unethical behavior

on July 31 my paypal account was charged for a renewal subscription. Not only had I turned this off previously in settings, but I had also stopped using the account due to all the fraudulent accounts and scammers. When signing up, I was tempted because it said if you did not meet your match in 6 months, the next cycle was free. On july 31st I called match and they were closed, I called on August 1st and explained that I DID not meet a match and should not be charged for the second term, but that I also did not want the free term due to the scammers and fake accounts. I was told my subscription would be canceled, after asking about the current charges, the operator just repeated the same "line" about yes sir cancelling your current subscription...on Sept 5th when paying my paypal, I see the charges are still there, I return a call and was told I will not get a refund because I am past the 30 days of telling them I didn't meet my match. They even acknowledge that I am not using the account and have not been, refuse to refund.

Match.com hacked 3 times match.com

My account has been hacked twice since March. I missed time on the site and contact with men I was talking to. Now I am locked out again. I received a message today on a Sunday that there is a problem with my account. Again? I am unable to communicate with anyone. They are not providing me with the service I am paying for and my security has been violated. The man who hacked me used my personal nickname in his messages to over 60 women. He posed as me. There security system is weak and they will not refund me for not providing the service they say they will.

Match.com subscription renewal and overcharging

The customer service is absolutely horrible. I received a notice that my subscription renewed after I put in settings not to renew and they charged me a higher rate. The refuse to credit or give any refund said it was my fault after I caught it the same day today. I don't want this service anymore and the worst customer service ever. All they do is read off a paper scripted answers. I will be filling complaints with BBB as well.

I would like to cancel my account as match.com did traumatize and disturbed my life.
The website sells an idea and the people there are looking for sexual services. This is not what I subscribed for and I am allowed as a unsatisfied customer I would like to cancel within the 14 days and get the refund of the money I paid for.

As as customer I am allowed to cancel within 14 days so please respect my rights as a customer.

Match.com recurring charges

I contacted the company to make sure my debit Visa card would not be charged after my three month membership expired. They said it would not auto renew. I checked on the website and my membership was set not to auto renew. I was charged anyways. I called to have the charges reversed. They refused even though my account was not set to auto renew. The representative on the phone hung up on me after I asked to speak with the supervisor. I live in Canada but it is am American company.

Match.com match website is a complete scam!

After joining and logging in several times, after a day I received a "The admin has blocked your account" Huh. I read the TOS and couldn't find one rule I had broken? I reached out asking why and only heard back on day 4 that they had forwarded my question to the appropriate resource and it's been two weeks to no avail! Glad I didn't pay as other folks have and get ripped off! I will never even think about this site again! I'm amazed their in business running a scam like this! I'm sure their demise is in the foreseeable future as other folks have conveyed the same problems as I experienced .

Match.com match.com suspended my account for no legitimat reason-i will seek legal charges against match.com

On August 19, 2017, I tried logging in and found out I could not log on any longer.

Customer Care informed me that I have violated the Terms and Conditions listed on their website and due to the "nature of the violation", they would not communicate with me anymore. I have read your Terms and Conditions and I can assure you I have NEVER violated your terms or ever posted anything inappropriately.

I however I do believe an old boyfriend who is also on Match may have fradulently made a complaint so I be removed from your site.

I am outraged as I went through the Terms and Conditions and felt that I have not violated them in anyway. I even just received an email yesterday August 18, 2017, that my updated profile and pictures were approved. I assure you that my profile is perfectly legitimate.

Your assistance in reactivating my account is greatly appreciated.

Match.com service

Called to ask for a refund after my acct had been charged and I tried to email as they suggested on their automated answering . Didn't get a call back or email regarding my refund. When I tried calling they said it was too late even tho my acct had gone hidden. When I asked to speak with a supervisor they refused to connect me saying they were the last word. Rude and obnoxious. Give me back my money you thieves.

I paid a 30 days subscription and a week later I can’t log in and I can’t even get it to stop the auto subscription I spoke to a match . Com rep and she said you will get an email That’s was 5 days ago nothing yet.

Match.com dating service

I've been a victim of bait and switch fraud tactic. I attempted to reopen my match account, and instead of month to month billing I was charged a year fee which I did not agree to. I requested a refund and was told I already used to service and they didn't give refunds. At the time I did not know I would be charged a yearly fee. This is clearly fraud and bait and switch.

Match.com scammers on match/open account & was blocked the same day by match

I opened an account with Match.com recently and have been approached on three occasions by scammers who were "looking for true love". Two such men were posing as military service men, and another individual was posing as an engineer. All three were widowers wanting to get into serious relationships, and when I say serious relationships I mean introduce themselves to you and on the same day begin speaking of settling down and asking me not to see anyone else. That was the first Red Flag. The second warning sign was asking to communicate via email, and then closing their Match.com page down.
I blocked the first two individuals on my email account. Almost immediately after I expressed my non interest to the third individual my account, which I had only opened hours ago, paying my $29.99 month fee for August was BLOCKED!
There is NO Customer Service on the weekend, and so now I have to wait until Monday to see why my account was unnecessarily blocked. NO profanity was used on my account, nor were there any inappropriate photographs. I have no Idea if this individual has access to my account, and may be doing God knows what to it.
I am also concerned for the individuals I became friends with. I have no idea if someone will now be impersonating myself to these men. I would feel so bad if this happened to anyone else.
This is Absolutely infuriating! For a dating site as large as Match.com there should at least be Customer Service seven days a week to resolve issues of this nature.

Match.com unauthorized credit card charges

On Friday, Aug. 4, 2017 I enrolled in a 7 day free trial that would not be charged to my credit card until after the trial period. On Wednesday, Aug.9, 2017, I received my credit card statement with the $137.94 charge for Match.com. I called to complain, but was told I had not signed up for a trial, but a 6 month subscription. I explained that I had screenshots of every step of the process, but I was told my account was enrolled as a 6 month subscription. I only wanted to try out the service but am not stuck with a bill I can ill afford for a service I do not want.

Match.com charging

I remember hitting the do not renew on my account and they still charged me.. And when i called the day it was charged all they gave me was 15 dollars back out of 50 and i hadnt even used the site in months because it is useless in finding dates. I hope noone uses match. Com ever because it is a waste of money and they charge you no matter what with no notifications on renewal charges or anything. Its a scam and customer service is useless.

Same thing happened to me and many, many others. They are scripted, will not let you speak to a supervisor and refuse legitament refunds. I believe this is fraudulent and must be investigated.

Match.com refund

I Gerald Magdosko ([protected]@aol.com) want my money back. I hit the subscribe button by accident. My phone a galaxy s8 had an update that changed the way to use the open apps, home, and refresh buttons, I have to swipe up from the button to pull up those functions now, right where you subscribe button is. With no confirmation on if i want to subscribe (like everywhere else ask you if this is what you want) before buying or subscribing. I didn't even know I hit the button until about an hour later when I seen my confirmation email, which right then I cancelled my subscription. I need that money back ASAP. My account is over drawn now and I have 22 days before I get paid again. So you see I didn't want to subscribe. Please return my money ASAP please. I mean as quick as possible. Jerry

Match.com inability to connect to match.com

Regarding the inability to connect to Match.com:

A month ago I signed up for a match.com account. Since then, there have been numerous occasions when either a 404 message shows up or a link to the Netherlands (nl) shows up and the writing is in Dutch. This is the link: https://www.lexamore.nl/

This problem has been ongoing for the past month from both my laptop and cell.
