I located their website a few months back and intend to talk with the group this coming week... I would love to know the nature of the concerns/complaints about this group before I spend valuable time and possibly money. Any information would be extremely welcome. Thank ing you in advance for your assistance. Jordan

    Hello,

I'd like to lay a complaint about Master Group SA (http://www.mastergroupsa.co.za)
200 shirts and 180 T-shirts were ordered from Master Group for public sale internationally. A R10, 000 deposit was made into the Master Group account. Shirts and T-shirts were collected and were of extremely poor quality.

    Ladies shirts

    - S – size was not adjusted as agreed (to add 1 cm to small).

    - Pockets alignment was very wrong (left and right)

    - The buttons are incorrectly sewn: loose, stitched criss-cross, diagonally and straight on the same garment; three different cotton colours on one shirt (black, navy and green)

    - Different types of buttons used (including branded buttons)

    - The buttons on the pockets are not matched to the button holes, thereby causing puckering of the fabric

    - Button holes not cut

    - Buttons missing

    - Uneven hemline

    - Broken buttons

    Men’s shirts

    - 100 requested (50 Small/50 Medium): Received 19 small and 81 medium

    - Shirt is not cut properly and stitched incorrectly – problem at the shoulders, sleeves stick out

    - Spacing between the buttons is incorrect

    - The colour of the cotton doesn’t blend with shirt (e.g. navy cotton on brown shirts)

    - Different types of buttons used (including branded buttons)

Problems with the T-shirts were :

    - Holes in the merchandise

    - T-shirts missing from the total paid

    - Badly cut tags

The CEO, Santon Naidoo (072 1889 333), agreed on a reimbursement of the deposit for faulty/reject items but has since avoided contact. We have visited his offices, made countless calls and sent emails with no answers.

Please let me know how to solve this issue.
