After asking around I went to Master Distributors online to see the cost of the model of ventless propane heater I heard was a good choice. I picked out the Glo-Warm GWP29TA. Then I called the 888 number to place the order. The saleslady convinced me a more expensive Vanguard would be better and definitely American made. She also changed me from infrared to blue flame. When the unit arrived the UPS man pointed out the "natural gas" on the box. I refused delivery and called Master Distributors again. They informed me I would have to pay a $50 restocking fee. This was in no way my fault. I knew I needed propane. That woman changed it to natural gas. My credit card company tried and failed to protect. I'm out $50 and was totally blameless. Also I later found out I should have infrared after all. What a mess.
