No product delivered
After placing an order with Master Design decals i got an email saying it will take 1-3 days to make and then 3 days priority shipping. It has been over 2 weeks and i have no received any product. There has been no communication for they only have an email address and my emails do not go through. Do not order from this company.

Placed order for train wall decal on October 13th. On that day I received an order confirmation email. Everything on site and other sites the company sells through (i.e. Amazon) show a processing time of 1-3 days. Never heard from them and did not receive a shipment notification email. After two weeks emailed seller and no response. Emailed them again over the course of a couple days through my email account and also sent a message to them through their site and Amazon's site (in case my email was being blocked or going to spam). No response. I have also noticed on Amazon, within the past couple weeks, there are now bad reviews describing a similiar experience. On amazon they are under MasterDesignDecals and LKS Trading Post. I am wanting a full refund back to my debit card.
Company still did not contact me or respond to emails. They never sent me a shipping notification, again no communication. However, today I received my order. Poor business practices and wish they would have communicated with me. Honesty is always the best policy and I would have understood if there was production issues. Or maybe I was never going to get my product and complaining online got them to send it. Who knows.
Same problem. I placed an order in November of 2015. I have never received it, and despite many attempts to contact them, I have received no response. Rip off.
Same here, I placed an order on October 27th. I sent 4 e-mails and 2 voice mails and never heard back. I am wondering if this is a scam. We are now December 8th and no news.
My name is Cory and I have made the same mistake as well. I placed an order for a monkey and giraffe decal for my soon to be born daughters room to complete the jungle theme. I have emailed them once and call the number I found online that ties together with the 2 companies and have heard nothing back.

On January 24th, 2015, I placed an order (Sea Turtle decal) with MASTER DESIGN DECALS. On that same day the money was charged to my bank account via Paypal. Until now I have not received my order. I sent 2 emails, but no response from the company yet.
I believe Master Design Decals has had a reasonable amount of time to contact me, but instead, I have not even received shipping details concerning my order up to this date. I am now considering filing a complaint with one or more outside organizations. By doing this, hopefully no one else will end up making the same mistake I did. Lesson learned: Do your research before buying online.

I should have checked the website a little better before ordered. There is no phone number, just an email address. I placed my order on 1/23/15 and my credit card was charged then as well. I have sent 3 emails and I have gotten no response at all. After looking and finding the previous email I wonder what will happen but I am certainly not counting on recieving my decals.
