One day you will read this and see what a piece you really are. My family helped your family. Sure it had a few UPS & DOWNS. If you could remember that conversation we had that 1 afternoon in my driveway. You give me your word you would not skip out on my moms rent. Which is a widow for the people reading this. So Rick I ask of you to man up and pay my mother the unpaid rent. Cause this will catch up to you, not today maybe not tomorrow. But some day. Rick I wish you & family well.
