Masonite - New custom made exterior door that was not made correctly

I ordered a custom made exterior door with sidelite from Masonite through Home Depot. It cost me 1500.00. It took 4 weeks for them to build and deliver the door. I proceeded to install the door a week later. I have installed many doors in my lifetime and this is the first one that I have run across that has had this problem. The top corner of the door (latch side) will not close flush to the weather stripping. I made a 100 or more adjustment to the door with shims to get the top corner of the door to close flush to the weather stripping to no avail. The only way to get the door to close somewhat flush to the weather stripping is to pull the top corner of one side of the frame out and the other top corner in. I am literally warping the frame to get the door to close flush. The bottom corner of the door pops out when I warp the frame. I put a straight edge on the door and find there is a slight bow in it. I then take the whole door out of the frame of the house and tip it over on its side. I look down the frame on the hinged side and see a pretty pronounced bow in the frame. I had 4 other friends who are carpenters try to install the door and get the door to sit flush with the weather stripping and not a single one of them could get it to work. I call Home Depot who opens a claim with Masonite. They send out a guy from some company in the area to look at the door for 10 mins then left. Get a call back from Masonite a week later stating there is nothing wrong with the door and the problem was installer error. Needless to say I had some choice words with the people on the other end of the phone including a very unhelpful manager. So now I have a defective door, and I am out $1500.00. Now I am posting everywhere and anywhere I can to tell people not to buy doors from Masonite and that there customer service is nonexistent. Masonite is by far the worse company I have every had to deal with and that is saying a lot because I despise Comcast. I have emailed Home Depot and let them know how angry I as well as Masonite. I am hoping they might make this right, but I am not holding my breath. if I had the money I would take them to court. Suing them is not off the table though. I am going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new door. This time I am going to Lowes and buying a Pella door.
