Mashreq Bank / service I am complaining about the service of mashreq bank

I apply for a debit card and cheque last May 22, 2018. As per the discussion to the teller, it will be start the process on the same day. Until now, i didn't received any of those two. it's been two weeks already. then every time I try to call to the customer service they always telling that my application was still on process. It's been two weeks I am waiting for the cheque and I badly need it. Please do any action regarding this one.

    Same issue for me too. Service is very bad.
