Mashreq Bankcredits card

I took out money from my credit card on 1 and 3 December. The transaction shows the same amount deducted twice .
Called call centre, so far no response.
Speaking to a customer care agent is a night mare
I am going to close my account with opening account in a bank where I can have accessibility .
I plan to close my account ASAP if this issue is not resolved immediately. This is fraud and putting the customer in stress . I always have had problems with this particular bank

    I want this issue to b resolved ASAP
    We got useless calls regarding loans and what not .
    They need to solve customer problems
