Placed an order with MasesLighting and it took them forever to deliver. I waited patiently and decided to ask them how long will it take to deliver and they said that they have no idea. After weeks of waiting I decided to cancel my order and buy similar stuff from another place, but these guys refused to give me my money back. They said that they don't do order cancellations and refunds and said that I need to be more patient.
In total it took them over three weeks to deliver my order.
The seller tried banish me
I bought from the store Mases Lighting for several times, but they became too lazy and completely unprofessional. The last time, when I was in their store, the rep was inattentive and rude with me. I went to the store about 4 p.m., but the store worked until 6 p.m. However, the seller started to hasten me and told to go away, because his working day was over. It was so unpleasant.
He refused to change the order
It was first purchase on the website www.maseslighting.com.au. It was terrible, because I have placed the order and after 13 days I got it. But the description on the website didn’t match with the product. I received completely different order and seller refused to change it. He simply doesn’t care that the description doesn’t match with the real product. He refused me and told not to bother him after that.

Tech has our lamps and he ignores us now
We moved into new house couple of weeks ago and wanted to make something new there. We contacted the rep from the company www.maseslighting.com.au. He promised to send the tech, who arrived and checked the lighting. He told us that we need to change all lighting and we agreed. He helped us to choose appropriate lamps and we paid for everything on time. But now this tech has vanished somewhere, and no one knows where he might be.
The order was broken and seller didn't change it
I searched for the cheap LED lights and found the website www.maseslighting.com.au. I was upset, because they delivered order on time, but the condition was very bad. None of these lights worked at all. I returned the whole order back, but the seller hasn’t provided new order or even replied to my emails.
I want to get my money back and have no idea how to do it. If there are people, who can help me, please help me.
Seller fooled me and didn't reply
I ordered 10 LED lights from the company www.maseslighting.com.au. I paid for the order with my Visa card and my order with the postage cost about $120. After that I waited for the confirmation email and the receipt, but the seller didn’t provide me it. Also contact information on the website was fault, so it was impossible to reach him. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
