Dear Sir/ Mam I have purchased Maruti Swift ZXI as on 23rd Dec. 2014 from Rana Motors Registration No. HR-36X-0556. My vehicle is in brand new condition, approx 24000 km run and I have got done all services on time as per schedule and from Maruti Suzuki Authorised service centres. Last Sunday I was driving in my car along with my family and suddenly I heard a blast sound and I have to stop my car and I escaped from a major accident as truck was behind me and he has to put emergency breaks. I saw there was oil all over on the road and I have to tow the car to nearest service centre in Rewari. (Dinco Four Wheeels). I am chasing with the service center but response from Maruti Suzuki side is very poor till now I have not got any satisfied answer from service person. The service person is also chasing with Maruti for their conclusion. As per service guy whole engine got damaged and con rod broken into two pieces and they have to change engine parts. I am surprised that trusted brand in India are making this kind of parts that can take any body’s life anytime. I have buy top model in Maruti Suzuki because of its safety features but all in vain. I don’t need this car as whole engine is opened and I don’t know what would be the future consequences, will it work properly or not, what would be millage, what would be the performance and as I have put 6.5 lakh in this so I don’t want to drive such vehicle which can break down any moment. And i want replacement for the same I hope you will help me out to get out of this abnormal situation and provide me new vehicle with immediate resolution.
