Marshall Freeman review: unauthorised credit card charges

I was considering the use of their service but the contract was unacceptable so I declined to sign it. Earlier however, the consultant got my credit card number assuring me no deductions until I sign contract. The anz bank never pinged my hand-phone that a deduction had taken place. Because of health and death in my family I discovered much later that marshall freeman had been making monthly deductions between aud150 to 350. I contacted them and they said I authorized them to proceed! They also said they not make refund because of their work! I contacted anz bank and asked them to contact police. Marshall freeman acknowledged no contract had been entered into but still refused to correct the matter. This is a rogue organization.
