Sub:late delivery and damaged courier contents
I would like to bring your kind notice that the courier which was delivered by your delivery man on 23/11/10 at 8.30 am was delivered after a gap of almost one month.To my surprise when after returning from office i opened the courier i found contents are badly damed beyoud use. Immidiatly condition was explained to delivey man as well as to you sir on telephone.
Now i am presenting the same dameged condition to you sir it look like the covering is also not orininal covering it has been repacked by your office people at some stage
I request your good self that kindly compensate the damed coused to the content of the courier and expain why it was delivered so late
Hope your office will take all neccesary step and will not give me any chance to knock any other door for the justice
