I will explain to you a little bit the situation and I hope your understanding.

By August Septembre and Octubre I send it more then 700 orders with the national carrier service that I worked with.
all those orders have been resend it to me after 2 months without any reason.
So I searched for another express carrier service, we just have here a few and they are more expensive but they have a good delivery frame.

Now I'm starting to work with Chronopost who has a contract with DHL, the delivery time is 3 days after the shipping is made.
So now I working about resend it all those orders to the clients, one of them is yours.

Btw all this online business is managed by one person, so I'm trying to respond to all emails, managing all the process of shipping, making and searching new opportunities to improve this business day and night and I'm sure that you know exactly how it is the first year of a startup (complicated) and more here in Morocco because we don't many things that can help us like a startup to grow our business (Services for e-commerce)

THIS IS A SCAM! I bough one pouf in March and never received it (or my money back). When I realised it was taking so long, I've decided to contact the company. My first e-mail was replied by a "person" named Sumaya (apparently they are using the name of a public person). The e-mail said the company was facing a shipment delay and as soon as that matter is solved, I was going to receive a tracking number and an update about my product shipment. From that day I never heard from them again and after several new contact attemps, I've decided to search on the internet for similar complaints. And there it was, A LOT of bad reviews and scam allerts. I wonder if there is a way to get the money back, or at least to stop them scamming people. This is a SHAME!

How are you emailing them? Their website only has a Moroccan address and phone number.. Thanks!

I ordered a leather pouf 2 months ago and have received NOTHING and can not find a way to communicate with the company, just rabbit holes that circle around back on themselves! SO infuriating to be robbed like this, and worse of all to have scammer thieves advertising and luring people on Instagram! Horrible! My money is hard-earned and precious and now someone in f@#*ing Morocco has STOLEN it!

Ugh! I was worried this was a scam. Have been waiting for my order since 2/14/19. Have been told numerous times it takes two months from original order. It has now been three months and no shipping information still. Have requested a refund and reported through PayPal.

It is disheartening to read these comments on the “Blue Pearl” company. I too ordered an item back in December 2018 & have not received the item or a satisfactory explanation as to why. Someone claiming to be “Sumaya Lagdas” in customer support has been answering my multiple emails with vague information. The package is supposedly in transit & should arrive anyday now. This has been going on well over a month. At one point I was provided a phony tracking number. I searched Sumaya Lagdas & discovered that name belongs to a Moroccan public figure. Coincidence? Probably not. I’ve had the sinking feeling that I’ve fallen for a scam for which there is little recourse. Just another American “sucker”.

I am still waiting for my order 4 months ago. Each week they tell me it should ship. Now they have said, fed ex have shipped all orders and most of their orders dont have tracking numbers...

Yeah these people are scammers. They've stolen images from The Anou Cooperative, which is an actual authentic cooperative that is owned by artisans and works to benefit them. They definitely do not pay artisans well, if at all. They just write all the buzzwords westerners like to hear. Further, they don't fulfill about half their orders and use the rest for marketing. It's a super good scam, so I understand why they keep changing their name every 12 months.

I am told my order may ship in a month. I have zero reason to believe it will arrive and have demanded a refund. They are operating under more that one name. Check Trustworthy for more similar complaints. Next stop, Better Business Bureau.
