Marra Motorcars, is a licensed auto dealer but continuously places ads as a non-dealer. They list their personal phone numbers and do not identify their business affiliation over the phone. They lure people seeking private party sales to their place of business. I was tricked by their fraudulent advertising and was sold a car that had multiple electrical issues and a bad transmission. I wasn't even able to make it home without having to stop every two miles to allow the car to cool down. The dealer assured me his specialist would come to my house and fix everything and make sure everything was in working order. Their specialist never came. Now I have a useless car and Marra Motorcars refuses to refund my money. I am now shopping for another car and noticed other consumers complaining about this same dealer and their fraudulent sales tactics. This dealer continues to place fraudulent ads, claiming to be a private party (No Dealer Section) and selling high mileage, bottom of the barrel, auction junk.
OMG, A first time customer brought me a 2003 black SL that was bought from this company. From Florida to NY. It had been flooded and light fire. Suspension was screwed and the top didn't work. Poor guy had to put $7500 just to make it usable and its still a mess. A "TOTAL BUCKET" I can not believe a dealer would sell a car in this condition. No conscience.
Oh by the way I own a 10, 000 Mercedes Benz Specialist Repair shop with 15 lifts. In business for 20 yrs.
We purchased a VW GTI from Tony at Marra Motors on 9/9/16 and lever for gas tank didn't work. Gave him the benefit of doubt and he got part but title has yet to come.as of 10/18. Per DMV the title for car was never produced so we are still driving around with temp tags, very disconcerting, especially since my husband is handicapped and this is creating a hardship. Will follow up and if necessary report to State Attorney General. Beware.
