Marlo Furniture night table

We bought a bedroom set May 21, 2018.
I have called several times about the night table that was NEVER delivered.
Each time i called i was told is "custom ordered. Last time I was given December 15, 2018 as an arrival date.
I called on January, 4 2019 and was told the merchandise has been discontinued. I was offered to go the Alexandria store to pick any other night table. This offer was ridiculous, why would i pick up something that does match my bedroom set!

This was new information. The customer service agent was shocked I was never informed.
Then I was transferred to the Alexandria office which was the place of purchase, left a message because i was told discontinued merchandise is not handled by customer service. It is handled by the original place of purchase
I never received a call.

I am beyond disappointment how this situation has been handled by Marlo Customer Service.
We have been customers for years

Marlo Furniture will not repair delivery damage

I bought an expensive leather sofa from Marlo. The salesman assured me that it was coming from North Carolina and would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. At that time, I learned that the sofa was in fact coming from China and would be 12 weeks until delivery. Strike One

The first delivery crew refused to try to get it through my narrow door. When I went back to Marlo to either find a similar sofa (nothing available) or arrange a refund, another salesman measured the store display and said it should definitely fit through the door. A second crew arrived a week later. They did not take the front door off its hinges and crammed the sofa into the house. Luckily, there was no damage done to the sofa but a few hours later, I found that they had gouged my wallpaper in several places and had gouged a wood step.in addition, they had snapped off the ringer on the antique doorbell on the front door. Knowing that I was going to Marlo within 72 hours because the cushions were like sitting on concrete, I filed a complaint then, complete with pictures. I was referred to the warehouse supervisor who said that because the damage was not reported within an arbitrary window of 2 hours, they would not repair the damage. She opined as how anyone could have snapped off the ringer. This was impossible as no one had used the door since and also because I found the ringer piece inside the house, not outside. When I went above her head to the next level, he dodged my many calls and refused to call me back. Strikes two, three and four.

I filed letters of complaint with 5 members of the Board of Directors, including the President of Marlo Furniture. I heard from an "assistant" to the Board that they would send me a $100 gift card for the delay in delivery and the stiffness of the cushions. She said they would not do anything about the damage the deliverymen had done. A gift card does me absolutely no good at all as I will never purchase again from Marlo furniture. I can live with the tardiness in delivery and the cushions will loosen up over time. The real issue was the damage done to my home which Marlo refused to correct.

If you buy from Marlo, be apprised that they do not stand behind their service and could care less that a repeat customer is very unhappy. As the saying goes, buyer beware!

Marlo Furniture fake leather sectional

Three years ago I purchased a red leather sectional for $1, 500 as advertised by the store and sales person. Two years later, the one side I use flattened and it started to show cracks. The color also began to peal off. I waited until this week to finally get it fixed. I contacted Marlo and they said that the would not service it even if I am willing to pay out of pocket because they would be liable after it. As a result, I consulted with two other repair shops and they say that there is no solution for the sectional. It cannot be repaired because although Marlo advertised it and sold it as leather, it is NOT leather at all. It is some type of fabric that mimics leather and cannot be restored. It has to be thrown away. Re-upholstering it would cost me more that what I paid for it. This is an unacceptable business practice. I will not purchase anything else from Marlo Furniture, ever.

Marlo Furniture sales man approach

Around april 14, 2014 my husband and i went into marlo furniture and the salesman approached us. He spoke and then he hit us with the okie doke. We have a special that only you are enigible for no one knows about this offer. Then he told us it hasn't been advertised in the papers, etc. He could get us a deal especially if we were paying in cash. We thought about it for a minute. We saw a room divider and it had a price sticker on it for $799. 00 but if we paid for it cash it would cost us only $199. 00 or if we wanted to use a check make the check out to him. . . He gave us a little smerk and said you scratch my back i'll scratch yours. But we had to buy it right then and now. It couldn't be delivered we had to take it home tonight. Mind you we didn't have a truck so the whole idea was out. I'm trying to make a point. . . This salesman was as crocked as a road and stealing. We wanted no part of it. Then we would be stealing too. Be aware of these types of salesman, you could go to jail faster then him. Can you imagine if someone was watching him and we paid him the police would be waiting for us at the damm door. Remember everything that looks good is not always good.

Sound familiar -- I purchased head/foot boards along with a nightstand on June 19, 2015. By the way, Marlo received payment that same month. To date (August 26, 2015), I am still waiting on delivery of the paid furniture. At the time of purchase there was no mention of special delivery. I guess the only solution is to fie a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or General Counsel of MD. There must be some fraud going on in this Company that can collect payment without delivery. Certainly, the contract has been breached. I'm off now to see whether I receive a credit since I still do not have my furniture or a delivery date. Sad business in MD -- I will not do business with Marlo again.

Marlo Furniture marlo furniture alexandria - do not buy anything

I purchased a 6 drawer dresser and 3 night stands (2 that matched the dresser and 1 that was separate) on 09.03.2012 on sale as part of their Labor Day sales event.

My total including tax came up to roughly $400. I was told delivery would cost me $140 but the delivery guys would deliver inside the apartment and assemble every piece (or place it wherever I want). I declined that and went with the $10 delivery to the store from the warehouse option (which according to me is also stupid since they anyways have furniture that needs to be delivered from their warehouse to the store so why charge the customer for it?). I was told I would be receiving a call the week after to let me know my furniture was available for pick up. I did receive a call the next week to let me know I could pick it up.

I travel out of state for work and sometimes don't come back 2 weeks at a time, so I asked my girlfriend to pick it for me. She arranged for an SUV and went to pick it up (ended up picking only the dresser and 2 nightstands).They helped load it and she put the furniture in my apartment. Two weeks later I returned and opened the boxes (only the top flap) to find out all the pieces were badly damaged. So I took pictures and called Marlo the next day. The customer representative told me I would have to bring it back and then they ship it back to the warehouse where they will inspect it and if they find it to be damaged they will either repair it or replace it. I said I am not bringing it back since that defeats the purpose of not paying for the delivery charge and also I did not want repaired furniture since I am paying for brand new furniture. After escalating to manager they finally asked me to send pics to the customer service department and said someone would get back next week. A week later I received a call from a lady in the customer service departement who told me I should have checked the furniture before pick up and that it had passed the 72 hour window and I had called after 2 weeks. In short they cannot do anything and was extremely rude and un apologetic. She kept saying "Good by" in the middle of my sentence and refused to listen to anything I had to say.

I decided personally visit Marlo furniture at Alexandria and told them that I was refused a replacement. They said the same thing - i should have checked the furniture before pick up and that I should have called within 72 hours of picking up the furniture and thats all written behind the invoice that they gave me.

I told them I was not even once told by the sales person about the conditions for pickup/delivery/returns, the time window in which I need to return items, who to contact and most importantly that the items need to be inspected before pick up (which is absurd to me - If I am picking up large and quantities of furniture they expect me to unpack everything from the original packaging and then take it back sans the original packaging and risk damaging it?). I also them that the reason I called up 2 weeks later is because I was out of town and my girlfriend picked up the pieces and it was a good thing she did because now that I read the "policy" on the back of the invoice it says "order will be cancelled if items are not picked up after 2 or more weeks of arrival at the store" to which the manager said we would have called you and not just cancelled the order. I said where does that say in the policy that you would call me before canceling the order? After that he nothing to say and asked me to bring the furniture in. I rented a truck and brought it in the very next day. I was told this would be sent to the warehouse and would get a replacement and they would call me once they had the replacement. After 10 days I received a call saying replacement is here and I can pick it up.

I rented a truck again and went to pick up my replacement and this time made sure I unpacked each and every box. Guess what? All three were damaged again! I went to the front desk and demanded my money back. The customer rep didn't ask a single question and proceeded to try and refund my entire amount but could not do it since she needed a "manager" do it and needed to call their customer service department and get approval. I had no choice but to walk out empty handed. I received a call the same night telling me the customer service departement needed to "see" the furniture before approving the money back. Really so they are implying the customer is wrong and lying?

I am finally told I will hearing back next week after the customer service warehouse whatever gets the damaged furniture back. If I don't hear back next week I am calling my credit card company and filing a complaint to refund my money back.

BOTTOM LINE - DO NOT EVER BUY FURNITURE FROM ANY MARLO LOCATION. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I purchased some furniture 14 months ago. Yesterday one of the powered recliners died while in the reclined mode. I just called Marlo's customer service department and was told that my warranty was for 12 months and is no longer covered. I said that is fine, I am sure you can bill me for the repair. They then proceeded to tell me that I have to come to bring the furniture to the store so that they can inspect it. I was unpleasantly surprised and asked them why can they not send a service technician to inspect the issue. Then after some holing, they informed me that I had to go to the store and pay them $125.00 for an inspection. I asked if I could pay by credit card and the answer was "for my protection, they do not accept any payments on the phone". How is this for customer service? Someone needs to tell these clueless people that it is the customer service that sets them apart and not their so called lowest price! I may have been drawn to their price the first time but I surely will never be going to them for any other future purchases and I will make sure all my friends and family know about this experience. "Do not by from them. the quality of the product is low and you will pay in the long run".

Marlo Furniture 12 weeks and still no delivery

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Purchased a living room and dinning room set on June 18th 2012. Today is September 1st 2012 and we still have not received our order. We were told at different times that pieces had shown up damaged at their warehouse. Each time we talked to someone it was a different story. No one answers the phone and when you finally do get ahold of them they put you on hold till you get disconnected. Spoke with lee ann the customer service manager who assured us things would be in soon and delivery would take place. On scheduled delivery day they showed up late with missing pieces and once again saying it was damaged. No one called ahead of time to tell us. When I talked with customer service they seemed not to care. I went to the store and the store manager would not cancel my order or refund me the charges. He said I needed to wait 72 hours. I will be contacting the BBB and my attorney. DONT BUIY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Marlo Furniture not worth the discount

I will never shop Marlo furniture in the future.

I bought a TV stand from the Rockville store. One gentleman showed me around and was an excellent salesman. Once I decided on my item, I was triaged to a different representative who was obviously not computer savvy, making the purchasing process quite painful and long. He offered us free delivery if we bought over $500 in murchandise. Since the TV stand was $400 we decided to go ahead and spend more money to get the free delivery.

Once the item came in stock, another representative called me to schedule a pick-up. It was quite the phone-tag game to get a hold of someone who could help me. They claimed I did not have delivery as part of my purchase and that I opted to pick up the item. Finally, after to talking to several people I got to talk with a manager from the Rockville store who clarified that I did have free delivery and he set it up for me for today (3/5/11 8a-11a).

A box was delivered at 11a this morning, but the delivery men claimed they do not assemble it (though, I was told they did when I bought the item).

My husband and I opened the box in the afternoon to find that it was the wrong item. I called the delivery service number and they stated that the correct item was still on the truck. I notified them that I could not wait around all day/night for them to swap it out, but I wanted this taken care of today. The representative stated she would call me back with an update. I did not receive a call-back.

I called the number again to find that they have closed for the evening. So I called Marlo, Rockville directly. Mo stated the manager had left for the evening and would contact me back tomorrow at 11am. He also told me they do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays, so now I have to deal with this large, obtrusive box in my apartment for the next 2 days. And I have to take time on my day off to wait around again for a delivery/pick-up.

This is absurd. Terrible service. I would rather have paid the extra money at a different store than deal with this nonsense.

Marlo Furniture marlo furniture is a nightmare - warning-buyer beware-don't buy from this store!!!

Back in November 2008, I purchased a Berkline recliner couch and the 5- year warranty plan/scam. When it finally arrived at home (almost a month later) the couch was lopsided and defective. Long story short, between [protected] I had a repairman come to my house to attempt to fix the couch 4 times, before they finally ruled it to be defective! October 2010, they finally sent me a replacement couch which was also defective- in fact it was worse than the first couch! Not to mention the lack of response, run around and lousy customer service I received from the company. It was so bad I had to file a complaint with the attorney general and they still wouldn't give me a refund. The only solution they are offering me is another technician to come out to my house again for the 5th time or store credit. And this is with the Warranty plan- so apparently the warranty plan does not work. So the only lousy options I have now is to accept their crappy offer or take them to small claims court. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR- IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING FURNITURE- DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP-OFF STORE - IF YOU DO, YOU'LL BE SORRY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH IT

Marlo Furniture warranty fraud

We purchased a large sectional with their "Worry Free" warranty - both decisions were a big mistake. One of the support bars was bent, a fact that wasn't noticeable until it snapped through the plastic pad and started gouging our hardwood floor. Marlo took several months of repeated calls before they arranged to have an inspector come out for the warranty - who looked at the damage said it would be replaced. Marlo then refused to service the sofa, saying the report was incomplete. When we didn't go away, they "suddenly" had a complete report saying "customer abuse". Based on this, they had closed our case without informing us and when asked said that wouldn't do anything for us as we had somehow bent this thick metal support bar ourselves. A BBB complaint later, they sent a new inspector, who said this was common shipping damage, and they would replace the bar (not the sofa). So six months of my life wasted on calls and consumer actions for them to honor a "worry free" warranty to cover damage from their delivery, and overcome their attempt at fraud.

This was my first time ordering for them. Its been over a month and still no couch. First try, they delivered the wrong thing, so I sent it back, re-sceduleed delivery. The week of the second delivery, I get a call saying that they dont have my couch in stock so they have to postone it further. Now I've been waiting for 2 hours PAST the delivery time period for them to deliver my couch. Needless to say, I am NEVER going to shop here AGAIN. Worst place ever.

Marlo Furniture bad customer service

BAck in November I purchased a living room set. The couch was delivered damaged. Not a big deal at first, they'll just deliver a new one right? WRONG! It took them 2.5 months to get another one in stock. They delivered it and it was more damaged than the first one. They tried delivering 3 more in the next 2 months - ALL DAMAGED! I had enough and wanted to return everything I bought. They told me I had to pay a 20% restocking fee. I went ballistic. They NEVER provided me with a brand new sofa. I called every day for 2.5 weeks to speak with the Customer Service Manager (Marie Blue) who was never "available". Yet they offered me 15% andthen 20% discount (which was a slap in the face) which only she could authorize. I had to yell at customer service reps for 2 weeks for them to finally agree to give me all my $ back. They still wouldnt refund the delivery charge (80). Now when I went back into the store to actually get my refund their system is down. 3 days now, I have no furniture and they still have my $$. The rep in the store was the rudest woman on the face of the earth (rockville location). NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE EVER! You will 100% regret it.

My elderly parents are moving to this area and during Thanksgiving weekend they purchased a sofa, two side chairs and two bedroom dressers from Marlo.

I was told to schedule the furniture delivery with their customer service folks. These people have been horrible to deal with. I called on the first work day after the purchase (Nov. 30) and was told that Dec. 21 was not yet on their calendar for delivery. Now, they tell me that they do not make deliveries on Mondays and the two side chairs will not be delivered until January. They are negative and nasty.

I will never buy from them again and will tell all those who can hear that Marlo is a terrible place to do business with.

Marlo Furniture don't buy anything there

I receive my table but i am still waiting for my server. They delivered 4 times the wrong one and now I am still waiting over a month. i am going to have to do something about this. They have no respect for their clients.

Horrible service.

Noone anwers the phone. it's hard to talk to anyone. 2 chairs were damage. They came and finished horribly. This is ridiculous. i have no idea what I am going to do. Please go to any store never buy anything at Marlo. If I had read the reviews before I would had saved some headaches.

I Purchase a dining room set about two months ago planning for Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends. My Furniture arrived on Saturday with no dining room table, six chairs which should have been yellow, however, came with five yellow chairs and one brown chair all which were unbalanced in which appeared to look scrubbed or re-cleaned and one to be glued together. To top it off the customer service was horrible. I went back to the rockville office expressing that I was unsatisfied and how much of an inconvenience it was being that Thanksgiving was a week away with out of town guests arriving, The manager whispered to the other service rep she wish she could slap somebody. The word slap should have never came up in the conversation. Then I'm told I can not be reimbursed until a week and cannot return the furniture until the day before Thanksgiving. I am beyond disappointed. I will NEVER purchase or refer anyone or anything to Marlo's Furniture again.

I purchased a bed back in 2009 and the slat broke. Now the legs that are suppose to support the bed had be replaced. Upon the initial delivery I had damage to my chest of drawers and called on three occasions to have the back panel replaced. Well they sent out the replacement, however, a technician never returned to install it. I had a bed with a metal frame that lasted for over 25 years. I decided to replace my old bed with a new one...I thought I deserved it after all those years...to my disappointment I received furniture that was of inferior materials. How can a bed start falling apart after two years. It's unbelievable. Of course I'm going to send a scathing letter to the corporate office and see what action they are willing to take. Like you, I will NEVER purchase anything from Marlo's Furniture again!

Marlo Furniture lies

In the past year I have furnished my apartment from MARLO in 2 separate trips. First trip was okay, good sales prices. Purchased a couch and chair. Got the bed for free, purchased mattress and box springs. No problems.

At the President's Day sale, I purchased a tv chest, coffee table, dresser and 7 piece dining room set. I took a tape measure to ensure the pieces would fit. I spent about 2 hours with the salesman, and asked a lot of questions. Twice I asked if all furniture would be assembled. He said yes. I asked if they would move the tv electronic equipment to the new chest. He said yes. I paid cash.

When the furniture was delivered, I was told they could not move electronics and could not put together the dining room set, although they assembled the coffee table.

I called MARLO the next day and complained. The customer service rep could not accurately get my customer code, I had to repeat it 4 times. I kept asking to speak to a manager. The rep put me on hold twice, and finally said "Ma'am, I don't know what to say to you." I just about yelled to put the manager on the phone.

The manager came on, and I explained everything again. I indicated that for whatever reason the sale was misrepresented, and I wanted to know how they were going to take care of it. The manager apologized and said they would send me a $50 gift certificate. Poor, but okay. To date, I have not received the gift certificate.

Poor, poor, poor customer service! Do not buy from MARLO!

Marlo Furniture refusal of refund or delivery of furniture

Marlo Sucks don't buy from them.

After ordering furniture from Marlo they showed us 2 hours late against a 4 hour window (6 hours) the first delivery date. They tried to assemble the tables and were missing parts so they had to reschedule, After waiting another 3 hours the second delivery they still could not assemble tables because they were missing parts. I purchased about $3000 of furniture so I requested a refund. Marlo has refused to refund the payment for the tables they can't assemble. So I went thru my bank and still 8 months later Marlo has still refused to deliver or refund my money. I will now pay an attorney to get my $800.00 back. He will charge $1000 plus court costs. They have a bunch of complete idoits working at marlo. You get the receptionist with what I BELIEVE IS A THIRD GRADE EDUCATION telling you she is a supervisor and Marlo managers don't care about paying $2000 instead of issuing a refund. is everyone a complete idoit that works there or what?

Marlo Furniture beyond frustrated

I purchased my furniture from Marlo in Alexandria, VA on Black Friday to take advantage of the advertised free delivery. It was scheduled for delivery that next Saturday. I recieved several automated calls to confirm my delivery time. When they showed up, 45 mins late on my delivery date, they refused to put any effort into trying to get my sofa into my apartment. They simply kept telling me it was too big and asking me to sign a waiver in order to make it fit. My door was not too narrow, they were unwilling to stand it up or even to lift it beyond trying to go straight through the door. In trying to deal with this, the delivery men discovered that I was missing my dining room table. When I spoke to the dispatcher, they told me the table was backordered until mid January, which in my repeated confirmation calls no one told me. So, I refused the order because I had coffee tables and no sofa and dining room chairs and no dining room table. The next day I spoke with my salesman and picked out a shorter sofa just to ensure delivery the next time. I was assured that this time would be better and that this sofa was in stock. Well, ofcourse it was not; backordered until the 18th of December.I spoke to a customer service representative who assured me that the other items on my ticket would be held until the sofa came in. On the 17th of December I called and was told that my sofa and chair had come in and they could deliver on the 19th. On the 18th I received a call that the coffee table( the same ones that have previously been delivered and that I was told would be held) were now out of stock until the end of the month. When I spoke to a customer service representative I was told there was nothing that could be done and she refused to transfer me to anyone or anywhere else. When I call the store I am directed back to the same customer call center that can not do anything to solve my problem. My delivery is pending still due to snow in the area so they MIGHT or might not deliver tomorrow. I am beyond frustrated and just want my furniture. It has been almost a month now!

Marlo Furniture horrible service

Order a kitchen table set. Only delievered three chairs and a table, i was missing the other chair. Finally a week later the chair came. Only to guess its damagned, one leg was shorter then the other and the back of the chair was bent really far back. I called to complain they told me they were going to put a spacer on the chair. I didnt pay for a chair with a spacer. Customer services is horrible. I already have reported to the Better Business Bureau

Marlo Furniture horrible customer service

I am dumb again to purchase a leather sofa from Marlo this Thanksgiving weekend! Ten years ago, I purchased a bedding set from Marlo Furniture in Falls Church, their Chester drawer arrived slightly damaged! I emailed + calls without any responses from them. I did not have time to pursue further and gave up on it!

This year, I gave them a second chance! I thought about that horrible customer service but was lured by their low price anyway. I bought a big leather sofa that their delivery men can not bring into my family room. They do not remove doors! I wanted to return the sofa but Marlo will charge a 20% re-stocking fee for an unwrapped merchandise! They are nasty!

Do not waste your time dealing with them! You have to look at it as a cash and carry issue as if you are to buy your furniture at a flea market. Once the transaction is done, things are over!

Marlo Furniture frustrating experience

We placed the order on Aug 08 for the total amount of about 2500$. Order included 1 piece that was not in stock (table). Marlo expected to get it on Aug 22. It did not happen. When calling I have been said that the table will come at the beginning of Sept. It did not happen again. Another call was made and another date was there: Sept 14. On Sept 14 table could be there but data were not entered. Finally on Sept 15 it was delivered to warehouse and delivery was scheduled during my call for Sat 19. On Sept 18 I called to customer care to request about the exact delivery time for Sept 19 and found out that delivery for Sept 19 is not scheduled in the system...

Beyond this, there were multiple inquiries (from our side, of course…) about the separate pieces in the delivery list which were in stock, and multiple miss-leading statements and false starts (not from our side, of course). The bottom line is: 6 weeks after the purchase, despite numerous promises, nothing is delivered. Moreover, the deliver is not even scheduled according to Marlo system. We lost out time We learned lesson:

no more Marlo shopping!

Marlo Furniture did not clean up

Here is all the complaints i have for Marlo Furniture:

-the salesman assured me that everything was in stock and Ok for delivery!
-the delivery date and time window came, the deliver guys were over an hour late.
-they installed and assesmbled the bedroom furniture. A few scruffs etc. not a big deal.
-the TV stand etc was not in good condition, so the driver said that he can deliever it next tuesday.

-here is where the problem starts:
-my wife was alone at home with a little kid (1 year old, who requires a lot of attnetion etc)
-the delivery guys were super rude to her throughout the process.
-They unpacked everything in the hallway and installed everything in the room.
-my wife checked on everything and proceeded to sign the papers.
-When my wife was attempting to open the door for them to leave she noticed a RIDICULOUS MESS in the hallway. Styrofoam mess everywhere.
-She asked the driver to clean up, and the driver said, sorry about that and proceeded to leave, stating that She already Signed the paperwork, tough luck for you.
-My condo building charged me $150 to clean up as a FINE for this mess.
-I called the 301 customer service number to no extend that evening trying for the drivers to come back and clean it up, but cust service was SO rude. They acted like they cared and kept saying "someone was right downstairs and will be up in a second to clean up and take care of the problem."
-Safe to say, no one every came to fix this problem and no one at on the phone would transfer me to a supervisor to talk to someone higher up.

This was ridiculous customer service and sorry to say, that you have lost me as your customer for life.

Marlo Furniture poor customer service

Purchased 3 pieces of furniture in December 2017 including a recliner. In early January 2017 the recliner became stuck in the reclined position. Marlo sent a man out the next week who said a piece needed to be ordered. He ordered the piece right in front of me and said it would be delivered in 6 weeks to my home and he would come out and install it. After 7 weeks I called the store and was told the man did not get the recliner's serial number. No one called to tell me they needed the number. I gave them the number and was told it would be another 6 weeks. After 7 weeks I again called and no one can figure out where the part is. Customer service repeatedly says they will research it and call me back but no one EVER calls back. When I ask for a manager I am told there are no managers on duty. It has been 4 months since the chair broke.

My wife and I bought a new bedroom set from marlo in Rockville and the salesman divine told us that everything was in stock. when it came time for delivery half of the bedroom was not delivered. we called divine to let him know and he did not seem to care. after three phone calls to him we went to the store. he was no help to us he was different to us when we were spending our money. we talked to the store manger who was very helpful and gave us a gift cirtifiicket for our troubles. at least someone was helpful. don’t by from people who lie thanks divine.
