Marlboro marlboro kings, box

Purchased a carton regular box kings two of the packs have been opened out of the 10 finding 50% of them are breaking at the filter. I tried to return them to the store I purchased them at because I didn't have a receipt they would not replace the eight packs. Is there a place I can send the eight packs to get eight packs that won't break at the filter?

Marlboro why a change in quality

I recently bought a pack off ice blast and I know that because off eu laws all packs must look the same but I'm baffled as to why the foil in the pack it not as good and the ciggerate has changed in quality also . It is like a different product altogether. Paper looks thicker and because off that it doesn't taste the same. It is like malboro sub contracted the manufacture off the product. I would be very grateful if you could get back to me on the matter.

Marlboro - app/site says my login username or email and password are always wrong

Every time I try to login to the app or site it says either my email or username and password are wrong. I reset my password and well i have to enter my security question answer about 3-4 times before it excepts it as the right answer!!! I'm tired of having to reset my password every time I turn around. GLITCHY AS ALL GET OUT!! FIX THE BUGS!! Please!!

Marlboro foreign object in cigarette

I have found a foren object inside my cigarette
It was sitting out the top of the cigarette & I am Concerned on what this is & harmful effect to myself
It was a large white lump please see photos
I would like to understand what this is & ensure this is not an ongoing issue with this brand of cigarette
I have had 2 packets which I have found in at least 2 cigarettes per packet

Marlboro marlboro black 100’s

I just purchased 4 packs of the marlboro black red 100's at walgreens and there are broke ones and short ones in the packs I have taken pictures and have the receipt if you need it I am not sure the store will take it back even though I just bought them 15 min ago. Marlboro phone/camera stand price

When I got the camera/phone stand from winning an instant prize; it showed up in a timely fashion but all 3 of the legs were broken off of it and can NOT be put back on because it came with 3 metal spikes sticking out of a padded support leg that couldn't support the wind! May I please get another one? Y'all messed that up. It came EXACTLY that way and I actually needed it.

Marlboro marlboro nxt pack isn’t lighting

Hello, I bought a pack on 5/23/18 of the Marlboro nxt to try for a first time and they will not light. No issues with lighter, I even bought a new one, I'd reall hate to have them go to waste, even though it's one pack I'm on a very tight budget, is there any way to just replace them with my usual midnights or the ice? Any and all compensation or exchange would be greatly appreciated, thank you very much!

Marlboro cigarettes

I Purchased 2 cartons of cigarettes from Gas Station in Ohio and When I opened the first Carton and got a pack out and light one up they wouldn't smoke so I got looking closely and there were pin holes in the filter so I observed the 9 other packs in the carton and they were the same way which was a waste of money, and these cartons isn't cheap at all. I decided to go ahead and check the 2nd carton out to see if they were the same way but that carton was fine.

Marlboro carton of marlboro reds 100s

I bought a carton of cigarettes on 5/20/2018. When i opened the second pack, the entire pack was missing the filters. I opened 2 more packs and the same thing. These things are expensive. I pay 50+ dollars on a carton to save money, and when I open the packs I can't even smoke them. The store they were bought at cannot fix the problem. Can we fix this?

Marlboro marlboro ice

I was very displeased to hear that Marlboro Ice is being pulled from the gas stations in my area. Since Marlboro Ice was released it is the only cigarette that my fiance and I smoke. We'd buy 6-9 packs at a time, because we were told they were limited. I'm still very dissapointed because marlboro ice is the best cigarette we've smoked. Just sad to see them go.

Marlboro no contact email

I have moved and trying to update my address to get my coupons, but dont remember my login info. Called customer service several times and have been on hold for hours each time. Why is this such a hassle? My new address is 161 SE Maple St, Dallas Oregon, 97338. My name is Josh Jarman, I'm a 40 year old smoker of Marlboro products for 25 years now. Damn, why is it so hard to get get coupons?

Marlboro marlboro menthol black 100s

I just opened up a brand new pack from the Dollar General in Owensville, Indiana, and the filters are defective. They are clumped in places and some of them are sharp! I have a cut on my lip! I took pictures but I don't see any place to upload them. I switched from Newport to Marlboro 3 years ago but if this keeps happening, I will most definitely go back to my Newports!

Marlboro blue beyond

The 20s i bought yesterday tastes bad. Like its not menthol at all, one didnt have a ball and another had not even the slightest flavor when crushed. 4 people smoked from the packet and agreed it doesnt taste right. Its all I smoke and I just dont feel satisfied with this packet and the product in general lately, this one is just especially bad. Marlboro South Africa barcode [protected]

Marlboro marlboro black menthol 100s

Bought a pack of Marlboro black menthol 100s and the whole pack is defective. The filter where the paper is glued is coming apart so when I light my cigarette and take a puff it feels like air because the smoke is leaking out through the paper we're the glue is coming off. And it's not just one or two cigarettes it's the whole pack. I've been smoking Marlboro for years since I first started smoking and never had a bad experience. I'd like a refund or a new pack of smokes.. I don't really want to switch my brand of cigarettes.

Marlboro marlboro red shorts

I brought a pack of Marlboro reds the short pack from the TA travel center on paulsboro, nj. When I opened the pack every single last ciggerette was half full. Because I pack my ciggerrttes it cause all the tobacco to come loose in every one of them because they was only half filled. I'm hoping that you guys can either reimburse me or give me a few packs for free. This is the only ciggerette that I have ever smoked in my life so I'm hoping you guys can show me some appreciation.

I bought a pack and have only smoked two out of it i dont like them and would prefer to get a refund or another pack of ciggs sent that is not menthol these are horrible if u all resolve my problem i will be fine with your company otherwise i will have to switch brand of ciggs bc i am unhappy and would like a refund or another pack of ciggs that is not menthol these are strong ciggs and i dont like them so please resolve this problem with me and i will continue to buy your ciggs have a blessed day

Marlboro marlboro special blend light 100's

Today I purchased a hard pack of Marlboro Special Blend Light 100's from the BP gas station
5310 Corporate Park Dr.

And the filters on every cigarette are detached from the cigarettes.
The price of cigarettes is going up by the month. I am unable to enjoy my purchase, I just wasted my money. I would appriciate if this was made right.

Marlboro crushed pack of cigarettes and some crushed in the pack

I bought a pack of Marlboro Menthol 100s on April 12th 2018 from the turkey hill on Blakely street in Dunmore Pa, 18512 and they were crushed witch resulted in my cigarette's being crushed and a couple broken. I did not realize until I got home because they were in a bag, this is the second time this has happened and I buy 3 packs a day. The upc by the bar code is 0 283642 5 it also has a yellow tax paid pa sticker on the bottom witch says 6181C24679 ... I also use the mobil coupons on my phone at Marlboro.com and it has used 3 of my coupons with in the last 2 weeks while standing in the store with out me clicking anything, it says if I keep clicking it will redirect me to a webpage that isn't Marlboro and I click I'm not ready and then it goes to another page saying my coupon was used & that has happened 3 different times. The clerks at Turkey hill have been a witness to both my cigarettes being crushed and my coupons being used before I can actually use them. Thanks for understanding and I hope to hear from someone soon.

Marlboro marlborough beyond blue

Hi there

This is my favourite brand because when you pop the ball (which is how I smoke them all the time) it gives the best taste. I hate nothing more, however, when you pop the ball, light up the smoke and it tastes like the ball has not been popped.

I spend good money on these cigarettes and would like it very much if you could try and fix the problem. I get at least 1 or 2 of these in a box and end up wasting it by putting it out after one drag.

Marlboro marlboro nxt

Hello,

My husband or myself have been loyal customers for almost 20 years and have never had any issues with your products. However, since I started buying the nxt a couple months ago, i've had nothing but issues with them. I keep buying them because I like the flavor and keep hoping things will change. But every single time I light up, I have to continue to relight it several times just to smoke it. This is disappointing, because again, I enjoy the flavor. I don't want to complain, but I really like this flavor of your brand, but I sort of feel like at this point i've wasted money buying them every single days for months. I'm not sure how to resolve this issue, but i'm fairly disappointed and have considered switching to kool. Any help, suggestions or fixes you might have would be great!

I would suggest quitting. My mom died at 30 from smoking, and my dad told me she only smoked for 10 years. Your killing yourself, and you know it. I'm sure your loved ones would like to see you alive, so please quit. I may not know who you are, but please save yourself before it gets worse. God bless you.
