Marlboro black cigarettes

I've purchased 5 packs of black in 2 days both 100s and shorts and both do not have black in them they all have reds in them! I don't know if you guys had some sort of mix up or something but this needs to be fixed. I don't smoke reds they make sick to my stomach and with as much money as I spend on cigarettes I should be getting the right product I'm extremely disappointed and want this problem fixed.

Me and my mom have both bought several packs from different stores and different shipments ( i work at a convience store) and they have all been reds. If i wanted reds i would buy reds. They make my throat hurt and they smoke like air to me. I sent in a customer complaint as well. Im beginning to wonder if this was a massive screw up in the manufacturing plant or if marlboro is permanently changing there cigarettes. 😭

Marlboro marlboro black sort reds

I've been smoking this brand since they first came out. Until now, I've never had a problem. I bought a pack pat jet pep in hartselle, Alabama.
The first one wasn't too bad. But I just had to quit smoking the next one because it put a really strong contamination from the filter. It's got on my lips and to tongue and all over the inside of my mouth. Something is bad wrong with them. It worries me that this chemical is on my lips and mouth that doesn't seem to want to come off. I defiantly want my money back and something needs to be done because it could be very serious.

Marlboro marlboro blue beyond

this is the 5th time I purchased a packet of marlboro blue beyond with bad wrapped cigarettes that I can't even smoke and 2 with no ice balls.

this popular cigarette is supposed to be top quality and it seems like evertime someone buys this product there seems to be something wrong. they don't care if you cannot smoke it at least they get their money. pathetic

please sort this out and I won't buy this cigarette again

Marlboro marlboro rewards program

I received the invitation in the mail to join the Marlboro Rewards program and went online to register. As you likely are fully aware, after filling out all the information required, the website went into "loading" mode, for 20 minutes. I closed it and tried again several times with the same exact result. Obviously, Phillip Morris is just mining personal data with this fake website and rewards offer and I have alerted the Attorney General for the State of Colorado because you refuse to take calls or answer any emails and messages I have sent. What you are doing is against the law, just ask the folks at Facebook! Here in Colorado we don't like being scammed! I have been smoking Reds since 1977, needless to say, I will switch brands. I cannot be loyal to a company that is dishonest and refuses to listen to its customers. I will also get as many people as I can to change brands as well. On a funny side note: None of the boxes of Marlboro Reds I have do not have a code.

Marlboro marlboro red - hole in cigarette

To whom this may concern,

I purchased a carton of Marlboro Reds in Dubai on a holiday trip, I then yesterday (11 January 2019) tried to smoke a cigarette and it didnt pull properly, I then noticed that there had been a hole in the cigarette above the filter and was unable to smoke it.

I expected high quality considering that it was Marlboro and the cost that you pay. This really is upsetting.

Marlboro phillip morris

Phillip Morris/Marlboro/all their other tobacco brands have locked me out of my account permanently and forever until I die. They do so with no explanation and apparently don't give a crap about people who smoke their brands. For two years now I've been accessing there coupons, playing their promos, and their online games. Now all of a sudden I can't play anymore I can't use their coupons but yet they still send me texts every day. They don't give a crap about consumers who actually use their products, but yet they allow consumers who don't use their products to continually Participate in their online promos. On top of it I am aLtria stockholder and I still can't access their websites. Is there something I can do about this? I never never played more than I was allowed to on my account.
It is for every Phillip Morris tobacco company so there are 8-10 websites.

Marlboro packs of marlboro black 100s

I purchased a carton of Marlboro black 100s from my local bp. Station. When I opened the carton I found that 7 of the 10 packs were double butted and most were crushed in the 7 packs. In able to smoke. Tried to return to store they said to contact Marlboro. This is lots of money to loose. This type of thing has never happened before. I've smoked Marlboro products for over 30 years. Please help rectify the situation.

Marlboro marlboro lights

I have been smoking the lights for last 20 years. In the last few months I noticed that the Marlboro lights burn really fast. I'm lucky to get like 4 puffs and I don't inhale a large amount and the cigarette is burned to the filter. They do not taste the same either and I'm constantly wanting more nicotine. I and others noticed it's been a big change in them. I know other Marlboro smokers are complaining of the same things. Today, I'm stopping I feel like I'm burning up a lot of money for a couple puffs. Too rich for my pocket.

Finally, another smoker of same product confirming my exact same suspicions! 100s cigarette would take exactly 7 mins to smoke/burn (as I would time on my allotted 15 min breaks at work). Now, I’m ‘lucky’ if cigarette lasts 3 mins. Not a doubt that Philip Morris has changed product (unbeknownst to us, the consumer) yet, still commands top dollar for a ‘premium’ cigarette.
Counting down few packs till I take back control + tell corporate Philip Morris to choke on last profit they made off of me..

Marlboro lights

Hello,
I have purchased 3 packs of marlboro light cigarettes at the Sunoco gas station located at 471 Burnside Ave Inwood NY 11096 on 3 different days last week on 11/21 - 11/22-11/23 all of which were stale and tasted like chemicals that burned my throat. I could not smoke them and when I tried to return them they would not reimburse me and suggested I contact you. I still have them what do you suggest I do. I would like to be reimbursed with cash or replacement packs.

Marlboro marlboro ice blast capsule

I have been smoking Marlboro Ice Blast Capsule for a few years now. Previous to that was Marboro Light. Anyway I purchased a box of Marlboro Ice Blast this week and 8 out of the 20 cigarettes had no ice blast capsule in them. I am disgusted as they just aren't nice and they cost enough to begin with. What is happening? I think you need to be checking your packs more to make sure the customer is receiving what they pay for.

Marlboro phone app

I cannot use the Marlboro App on my phone to get the promotions that y'all give out on there with the codes for points! Apparently because y'all "HAVE" to use your electronic verification system to verify who I am, and since I don't have any bills in my name and that's how your system verifies people by, I cannot be verified. SO, even though I can clearly verify who I am to the customer service rep. that I talked to on the phone, I am STILL not able to sign up for the app or get on the mailing list or any of the other offers that's listed. I feel as if I was wronged because I don't get any coupons because I don't have any bills in my name. That is not right at ALL!

Marlboro special select, fsc

I noticed a fowl taste in the Marlboro light 100
I was figuring, I had a sore throat coming on
but for a month...same feeling with hoarse coughing
also very smelly diarrhea for a month also.
Dr was trying to help me figure this out...…...testing...…
now the only change I have had is FSC and new name special select
WHAT IS MAKING THESE SYMTHOMS
I MIGHT AS WELL GO BACK TO MARLBORO REDS
ANSWERS PLEASE.

I bought a pack of Marlboro Special Select 100's and I opened the pack only to find that there were only 19 cigarettes in the pack and one of them was in upside down and torn off at the end - so it was not a whole cigarette. I'm taking them back to the store where I bought them and they better give me a different pack of cigarettes in exchange because I am not smoking these ones - who knows what has been done to them.

These Marlboro special selects are horrible since they changed it. Smoked the special blends gold 100 for a few years now and lately I’ve noticed a strange taste in my mouth. It’s horrible. Guess I will have to try a whole different brand.

Marlboro beyond blue

My name is Chanice and I am from Pietermaritzburg, Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa, 3201.

I have been smoking this brand for a few years starting from Marlboro beyond gold and of recent have moved to Marlboro beyond blue. The last pack i purchased this week had a number of faults as follows:

1. 1 of the cigarettes did not have an ice ball in it
2. 1 of the cigarettes was hard to pull and not much smoke came through
3. 1 of the cigarettes was not sealed, the filter was simply placed on top and fell off as i took it out the box.

This is the only pack of Marlboro that i have experienced these faults.

Marlboro marlboro blacks

I purchased a pack of Marlboro blacks and when I opened them to smoke I noticed a few of them made wrong and wouldn't smoke right and would not hit properly. I tried to return them but the store does not take back tobacco products once left the store. I waisted money on a pack I couldn't really smoke. I took pictures of a couple to show exactly how they were in the cigarette pack that I had just purchased.ive been a Marlboro smoker for along time and this is the first I've ever seen this and am not happy at all.

Marlboro marlboro beyond blue

As a smoker for the last 10 years (Marlboro almost exclusively, Marlboro lights for the first few years, then Marlboro Gold for a few after that and for the last five to six years Marlboro Beyond Blue) it is safe to assume that I have smoked a few packets of cigarettes over the years.

Over the last few months (almost three months) I have realized that at least 1 to 2 of the cigarettes contained in the Marlboro Beyond Blue packs' bubble seem to be defective. It is supposed to change it to a light menthol cigarette, but as soon as I "pop" the bubble there is not even the slightest change in taste and it is definitely not changing it to a menthol cigarette in the slightest.

I decided to let it go for the above-mentioned time, but I feel that Marlboro should keep themselves to a higher standard than this. Never in all my life of smoking have I been so disappointed in the Marlboro brand than the last few months.

It is a disgrace on their part to be sending out defective products like these and I am sure that if this has happened to me there are more people that have experienced this.

I am not sure how the intend on remedying my problem, but I would sure like to get in touch with them and hear their proposal.

Marlboro marlboro gold tobacco 30g

I purchase and smoke Marlboro gold tobacco exclusively and have for some time, I made a purchase only last week and found a large chunk of glass at the bottom of the pouch with about 1/5th of the tobacco remaining. The glass chunk was thick and clear and approximately 2cm by 1cm in size. I complained to the store but they averted me to your customer services. I wish to purchase Marlboro gold but can no longer trust your brand as safe as the contaminant was very shocking. It also made me wonder if I have been smoking glass and had to dispose of the tobacco.

I bought I pack and was very disappointed to find a few cigarettes filters wrapped incorrectly! Never have a seen this and though maybe I got a special pack but I couldn't fully smoke them all bc they were faulty. I would very much appreciate some coupons to accommodate for the inconvenience of my pack being messed up. Been a Marlboro smoker for years and would very much appreciated it

Marlboro cigarette

Ive been buying your product since i turned 18 years of age never have i had an issue or complaint! However since thuraday october 4th 2018 or in other words the last 4 days i have bought 7 packa of Marlboro red short cigarettes from 3 different local gas stations and in every pack i have gotten between 2-5 cigarettes broken right below the filter! I expect more at almost 10.00$ a pack especially considering never line i said have i ever had a complaint about Marlboro nor heard of many if any at all untill now and unfortunately at such a high price per pack these days!

Marlboro marlboro red in box last 2 packs i've bought

Last 2 packs I have purchased have had wholes in them almost on every cig due to stems poking through the paper of the ciggerette wouldn't complain but they are like $8.00 per pack where I love and now have spent basically almost $20.00 in last 2 days in a row for deformed cigs that r like I'm smoking air. Marlboro marlboro green

This is 3rd box of Marlboro greenI have purchased, and when cigarette is lite, they tend to go out and also when you click ash into ashtray the end falls off and u have to relight, which is very annoying . This has only started happening with this brand as I always smoke Marlboro. Please find out what it is, seems like the tobacco is too lightly packed ? Thanks . Amanda .

I happened to see your complaint. I am a Marlboro user too. I noticed that there was a warning on your pack of green that read "increases chance of blindness". WTH is that all about?! Also, how much do you pay for a pack of Marlboro in the U.K.? Here in North Carolina, I pay $5.75 a pack for regular Marlboro red.
