Marlboro marlboro blue beyond

I have found 7 cigarettes in one box that have no ice bubble in them. The reason I buy this specific brand is for the menthol aftertaste. I still have them if you would like to inspect them... I would like to know what Philip Morris intends to do about this product default? Or shall I simply have to change to another brand...

Marlboro marlboro red

Good day

My name is Michane Davids and I have purchased a carton of Malboro Red at one of our garages, however, upon lighting one of the cigarettes it had a piece of cork in the cigarette. I am afraid to even smoke another cigarette because of this incident. I will now have open all the cigarettes In the carton to check for any other things that might be found in the cigarettes. It has never happened before and I am very disappointed in what I found in the cigarette. I please need somebody to rectify this and would appreciate if I could get a refund on my carton. I have taken a photo but seems that I cannot upload it.I can be contacted on [protected] or [protected].

Marlboro unable to verify

I have been trying to sign up to receive coupons for years now since I turned 21 I am now 25 years old and am still unable to sign up for on the site so I downloaded the app still unable to verify my age and who i am so I called the customer service number to see if maybe they could help me get signed up and yet once again they are unable to verify my age just tell me to try back some other time... why is this and what can I do to prove I am who I say I an and this is my real age.. cigarettes keep going up an up and up and y'all can't verify my my age... throw the dog a bone an help is out almost $6 a pack is starting to get a little ridiculous what do I do for them to verify my age

Marlboro marlboro menthol light 100's

I purchased 2 packs of Marlboro Menthol Light 100's from the local 7/11 on Thursday. I opened the first one and it was so stale I couldn't smoke it. Thinking it was probably just a fluke, I opened the 2nd pack and they were just as stale.
Since I cannot return or exchange cigarettes I would like to send them back to you with the receipt for a refund or fresh cigarettes.

Please send me the address so I can return these cigarettes to you.

Marlboro carton of l&m menthols

I have smoked menthol cigs for about 20 years and always purchase by the carton! I recently purchased a carton of l&m menthol cigarettes and opened a pack to find they were super strong and very stale, I opened a cool other packs and found the same condition with them also! The store refused to exchange or refund my money so I had to purchase another carton in a different brand! I am stuck with a carton of nasty cigarettes and out my money!

Marlboro hong kong

Dear Marlboro,

Firstly I would like to say that I have been a marlboro smoker for many years and this is the first time I have had an issue.

I have just burchased a pack of "mega ice blast" 8 mg, opened them and found that 1 cigarette was missing, 1 was folded over and missing a filter ( miss alignment on the packing machine) and all of the rest are bent and creased. I have a few pics if you would like them.

Marlboro marlboro menthol 100s

My whole pack was stale. I just purchased them today 09/06/2017. I took it back after i had already gotten home and opened them but the cashier refused to exchange the packs or to refund my money. So now I'm out for the money I paid for basically trash and now had to go with another brand. I've never had an issue with Marlboro until today. I've been smoking them since I was 18. I'm now 22. I'm very disappointed not only by Marlboro but also by the gas station where I purchased them.

Marlboro marlboro black menthol defect

i bought a pack of cigarettes from a store in my town and 3 cigarettes had holes in them and a couple had holes in the butts like they were burnt this happened on 9/25 i bought them family dollar in big rapids Michigan. This is the first time it has happened and i wanted to write so the problem can be fixed . It was disappointing because i never had problems before and i wasted my money because i only got half of a pack when i paid for a whole pack.

Marlboro marlboro menthol 100 cigarettes

Tried finding territory rep in my area but didn't find any information, decided to take this route. I purchased a Pack of Marlboro menthol 100 on 9/5/17 from a local gas station in owensboro ky. After opening the pack I notice a offer to win Top shelf prize. The expiration date was 4/23/17. Today is 9/5/17. My question is why these packs still being sold if the prize offer is expired shouldn't that mean the packs that have this entry offer be removed.

This is the scud day in a row that I have purchased cigs with only 19 in a pack...I have never had a problem before and I'm sure you will make this all right for yore costormers.. I'm sure I'm not alone..these cost way to much for me to feel like I'm being scammed...so being a loyal customer I would hope to resolve this issue...thank you..sincerely ALEX G.

Marlboro marlboro red 100's

I love Marlboro, I don't smoke any other brand, I live in Portland Oregon, I buy my cartons at my local dottys store. I've never had a problem in the 4 years I've been smoking Marlboro's. Until now, I'm completely disguised with what I pulled out of my new pack, I went to pull a cigarette from the back row of the first pack and I though it was odd that three came out at the same time until I saw a Band-Aid stuck to them. It grossed me out so much I don't even want to smoke anymore from the carton I bought. I real hope you will be able to make this right in some way.

i just bought a pack and there were holes in the cigarettes where you can't even get a hit from it. More than half the pack was ruined and im out the money

Marlboro marlboro beyond blue

Good Day

I have had a few packets of Marlboro beyond blue that was not satisfying at all. There is a lot of big pieces of tobacco in the cigarettes which causes the cigarette to stop burning or it tastes very bad. I had one cigarette just now and there was not even a mint ball in the filter. Some packets has cigarettes that is not full of tobacco or the paper around the filter is not tight, so the smoke does not go trough the filter but on the side between the filter and the paper when you smoke. I always buy my cigarettes at well known shopping centers and pay a small fortune for something that is not worth the amount of money anymore.

I fully agree mine burnt half and when I broke it I realised the filter had black dots and it was extremely dry. Some packs have longer cigarettes and others short in the same pack. I am extremely dissatisfied with the new one and nursing a sore throat is not fun.

Marlboro marlboro menthol 72

Hello as a long time of the green box 72 menthol, this last carton I purchased had issues I wanted to address with you. The green "Marlboro" lettering just above the filter had holes along the lettering. It was almost like the lettering was cut and gave a small outline. This caused the drag of each puff to not provide the full flavor. I hope this can be resolved.

Marlboro marlboro silver 100

It's seems that the last 2 years of purchasing these from a variety of stores that 5 or more cigarettes have tiny pin holes in them and make it impossible to smoke without covering with something. They also have holes where the filter is and have holes in the filter. Your cigarettes are expensive and to have this happen every time I open a pack is very disappointing. The pack I just bought from a Walgreens had holes in them. Your products have gone down hill in the last 5 years and thinking of switching brands which isn't what I want but wasting so much money on Marlboros

Marlboro automotive repair

I brought my 2005 F150 in and I was told the fuel pump is gone. They replaced it. Then they told me that the alternator was gone. Replaced it. This was almost 2700. Took my truck home and found the fuel gauge was no longer working. First time they said we checked the cluster and all the wiring to the fuel pump and it is good. Took the truck home fuel gauge not working. Took it back three times and they said that it was fixed. Took it home and fuel gauge still not working. Took it back and in one hour they tell me the cluster is bad and needs to be replaced. I asked why when it was tested it showed good. The response I got back from the service manager was "oh it wasn't tested for that." Excuse me? What was it tested for then? No real reply other than we tested it but not for it to be working. Over and over. I said "it was working when I brought it here and now it is not. You need to fix this" The response was how do we know we broke it and that it was working when you brought it in" Now I am just a liar..

Marlboro marlboro beyond blue

Hi,

My name is Dustin Alves and i have been smoking Marlboro Gold and subsequently Marlboro beyond Gold and then now beyond blue for over a 20 year period. upon lighting up and smoking the first cigarette from a box of beyond blue that i purchased and opened at one of my local petrol garages in South Africa (BP) the cigarette made a fizzing sound like some chemical that was burning within the cigarette. i immediatly killed the cigarette and then lit another one which seemed to have the same chemical within it. the cigarette smoke has a "funny" texture and smell to it and also left a bad taste in my mouth.

i still have one of the cigarettes that is making this fizzing and funny sound and i am reluctant to fire up another cigarette.

Marlboro marlboro gold 20

I bought a packet of 20 Marlboro gold on 19/08/17 at my local garageto find one of the cigarettes had to the filter missing to was only able to smoke 19 of the 20 I bought.
I don't buy these very often due to the price so I was very disappointed to find I couldn't enjoy the whole packet as these are what you call a treat for myself. I hope something can be done about this situation.

Marlboro marlboro blues menthol

The last 5 packs I have purchased are broke at the filter as if there was a cheaper paper used. They have like a hair line crack 75% around where there connecting to the filter. Not every cigarette in the pack has been like this but at least 50% in the pack. These are the Marlboro Menthol Smooth Cool Menthol Flavor. They are unusable when like this as the smoke just flows through the crack. This has resulted in about $50 in junk, not to mention if the problem continues.

Marlboro red 100

I have been smoking Marlboro brand cigarettes for many years with very little problems until recently when i purchased a carton of red label 100's and upon opening the packs all of the cardboard inserts in the packs were loose and easily slid up causing multiple broken cigarettes while in my pocket through out the day.I have never had this problem before but am still dissappointed as i pay top dollar to enjoy your product and avoid cheaper brands to try and prevent issues such as this.

I purchased a carton of Marlboro menthol black 100s and they were not only stale they were not menthol they were packaged wrong I ended up with regular Marlboro black 100s I tried to return them and they told me to contact Marlboro as it was a manufacturing mistake and not the store so I am now contacting you to see what can be done about this problem I am an avid Marlboro smoker and do not wish to change
