Marlboro broken cigarettes in packs

I have been smoking and buying Marlboro Blacks for over 20 years, reds before that too. I buy from my local store which is WaWa, on Browning Rd, Brooklawn N.J. 08030, and lately I have been getting broken, ripped, and damaged cigarettes inside the packs. I wasn't going to say anything but it is getting to be more often and expensive. It may seem like I'm trying to get something for nothing, but I am not like that, and this is the first time ever for me to even complain to a big company like this. You are probably just going to give me number, or not even look into it too much because I am only one customer.. but I hope you know that I am a customer and always been loyal to the brand, but it's getting distraught more and more. We me smoking g almost 2 packs a day that's $110 a week and almost $450 a month I am spending on a product that has been have broken and ripped paper on the cigarettes. I just need to re think my budget and maybe even switch brands if it keeps happening to me.. and I am not the only one, my step daughter also bugs Marlboro reds from the same store and has the same issues as me from time to time. I just don't think is fair and hope you take my letter, from a loyal customer, seriously. Thanks for your time. Here is some confusion contact information on me if needed.

Marlboro not a full pack of cigarettes

Yea well I got a pack of cigarettes and there was only 18 cigarettes in the pack I pay a lot of money for cigarettes and to be shorted is really a bad thing since I pay so much for them I would think I should get a full pack not minus some so I would appreciate some kind of reimbursement or something just thought I should say something it being a malboro company really is a disappointment and I thought Marlboro was number one company

Marlboro marlboro gold

I bought a pack today opened it up and smoked one thinking nothing over it well a little while later i went to smoke another and went to light it and my cousin stopped me and said there was somthing on it.. well it wasnt something on it. It was somthing that was seamed over and alot of it is in the paper i took lots of pictures so everyone can see it wasnt messed with some time soon i will be trying to get it tested to see what it is then i will let people know what they can expect for marlboro ive been smoking marlboro since i was 18 and im 26 and never second guessed it but as soon as i seen that i couldnt smoke another... i wonder how many people have smoked stuff and didnt even know it well they will soon enough this is ####!

Marlboro marlboro ice blast

Hi there,

I have been smoking marboro ice blast for about 2 years now, i am from the uk so i took the new packaging and price rise on the chin, however, i have recently been buying my cigarettes from a morrisons branch in Glasgow and i dont know why but they have a certain type of marlboro ice blast packet, which i have encountered elsewhere to be honest, that is a really poor quality. Now i purchased a carton of 200 ice blast cigarettes on friday, and at least 5 of the 3x 20 packs of cigarettes have been unsmokable, in this complaint box i am not able to show you pictures but whereas the normal ice blast filter end is roughly a quarter an inch long, in my carton i have encountered at least 5 of the ice blast which is 1 and a half inch long and goes straight in flames when i light it, if someone could contact me as i am not happy with the quality of my purchased cigarettes, my email is [protected]@hotmail.co.uk and my number is [protected]. Marlboro marlboro cigarettes

Last month I purchased a carton of Marlboro Black cigarettes and at least half of them were stale and a couple of the packs were not sealed all the way. The cigarettes tasted really BAD. I usually buy Marlboro at the first of the month when I get paid but since I got that bad carton I've went to Pall Malls. After paying so much for a carton of cigarettes you kinda get discouraged and it would be nice to get reimbursed

Marlboro marlboro lights

For the past year or so, I have had problems with the Marlboro Lights. I have smoked this brand for over twenty years. The cigarette either keeps going out or the fire falls out of the tip even when I pack them. I've never packed them before until lately thinking maybe that would be a solution. It's not! I have had this burn numerous clothes! I just now had the fire fall out again and burn a hole in a pair of brand new pants! I will be changing brands! I can't afford to replace the clothes this has burned!

Marlboro marlboro lights gold pack box

I purchased 4 packs of box Marlboro gold pack cigarettes. When I opened the first pack, over half of them had glue looking stuff on the filter and cigarette part. Needless to say I did not smoke them so I am out a pack of cigarettes. I opened the second pack and they were fine. I haven't opened the other 2 packs yet. I was just wondering if there was anyway I could get my money back or another pack to replace them because it is right on money now a days and can't really afford to throw money away like that. This is the only time in over 20 yrs smoking Marlboro that I have had a issue. I hope we can get this resolved.

Marlboro marlboro menthol gold pack

Recently my brother has been buying bad or fake Marlboro menthol gold pack cigarettes. I didn't pay much attention to him because I smoke the same brand and the cigarettes I buy tastes fine.

Today he offered to give me a pack that he bad. It was brand new pack unopened and everything. The first cigarette i smoked tasted fairly ok. The next couple cigarettes got worse. It has a bland taste to it and it is starting to burn my throat. Also with the last cigarette i smoked, I started to feel nauseous and dizzy, and and became out of breath like I was going to faint.

I don't know what's going on with these cigarettes but I know they are not normal.

Yes, I just posted same. Weird, funky taste! Me and my brother smoke same and he said same. So went and bought more, thinking maybe bad batch. Well, over $100 later, still the same.

Guess it's time to quit!

Marlboro marlboro blend no.27

I've been smoking Marlboro 27s every since you guys first released them. I hardly ever have any problems out of them. But a few minutes I lite one up an got the most god aweful taste, so I put it out an sat it aside for awhile. I just went to light another an started looking at the cigarette that tasted awful, upon squeezing an rolling the lite end between my fingers to loosen up some of the Tobacco, I found about an inch long piece of cloth like material in with the tobacco. It almost looks like a piece of a wick that would be put into a candle or something. That was the nastiest taste I've ever tasted an almost made me puke. I smoke almost 2 cartons a week an this is very disappointing

Marlboro marlboro blue 72

Have had several packs that the cigarettes fall off the filter. Very hard to smoke when this is happening and then they suck in air after I try to put them back together. I have been smoking Marlboro 72 for a long time and only started having issues with them in the last three weeks. I have about 20 packs now that this has been happening with. I have been concetering buying different ones .

Marlboro marlboro black 100 red label

We purchased a pack of marlboro black 100 cigarettes today. As we opened the pack, the first cigarette we grab has something stuck to it, that in which had a piece of cut up filter paper attached. I am not sure what is adhering the paper to the cigarette, but its not something I am willing to stick in my mouth. Especially now that cigarettes are going up in price.

I am from India and I love the Marlboro ciggrets but it is very rare to get original malboro cigarette please I insist you to make arrangements for a better Experience for the people of India I hope you will consider my request to make a better experience for us, we pay full amount of the pack but it's really disappointing that a brand name like Marlboro selling fake cigarettes and making fun of the people

Marlboro marlboro 72s-blue

A couple of hours ago I purchased 3 packs of 72 Blue. Upon opening the first pack and lighting one up, it tasted as if I had lit the wrong end. At first, I just thought it was due to the lemonade I was drinking but my husband tasted the same thing. So, I opened a second pack but, again, they had an awful taste. The store won't take them back because they have been opened and I seriously doubt that neither my husband nor I can bare to smoke them. I have been smoking for over 21 years and have never had this problem. These are horrible!

Recently, in many of the marlboro touch packs im buying, you can find a gap in the filter, like if they are using the filter of normal bigger cigarettes!
Pictures attached.
When smoking, you feel like the cigarettes is empty from inside!
This issue must be solved
Otherwise people will switch to other brands noting that the ones like me who choose to smoke the marlboro touch, wants to have smaller cigarettes without choosing the slim line.

Recent packs I have bought are extremely low quality and after years of smoking only this brand I will be changing now. The amount of tobacco in the cigarettes is lower which means the lit tip of the cigarette falls off at least once. This is annoying and dangerous. Also the self sealing foil tops on the new packs only works about 50% of the time and just gets in the way the other times. I feel I pay more for the brand and should expect high not poor quality. Quality is now your only differentiator in the UK where cigarettes are now sold in non branded packaging.

Marlboro marlboro midnights

I've been smoking marks for years, and most of them menthol, so lately I've been smoking midnights. This last pack bought in schenectady NY. Absolutely horrible and stale, now I complained to the store I bought them at, and of course they don't want to do anything. And I'm suspecting this pack may not even be legit. As the Marlboro logo on the cigarette itself is just the normal logo, and not the stylized logo normally seen on this type. The NY seal is on the pack wrapper and everything else looks legit. Did I just get a bad pack?

I've been smoking for 18 years and only smoked Marlboro lights. These past two months, my experience with your ciggarettes have been horrible to say the least. They're constantly going out and the head of the ciggerette is constantly falling off. I've been burned numerous times. Also the taste is different. We, my husband and I are on the hunt for another brand. You need to fix what ever is wrong. They're are millions of consumers paying high dollar for your ciggarettes and you have the audacity to change your ingredients to make more money.

Marlboro marlboro menthol

I bought 2 packets of 20 Marlboro menthol on Friday 25th February 2017 at Bobbing Co-op, Sittingbourne, Kent, UK at around 11:30pm. They were sealed and I smoked one packet which were fine. I just opened the other packet and they are normal Marlboro. I took a few puffs and had to get rid of it. I have the other 19 cigarettes which I am not going to smoke because I don't like them.

I would like to be able to exchange them or get a refund, but I understand that it's not the shops fault.

Please let me know what you would like me to do in able to get a refund.

Marlboro marlboro cigarettes are altered

I've been a smoker for many years. The last 2 years I have encountered marlboro cigarettes to be sold as being altered from its original product. The cigarettes have little yellowIsh dots on the cigarette and when burned it leaves the cigarette to be heavily resonated which produces a horrific feeling that lasts for hours. Let me remind you that I am a target for this at each store as the clerk is notified to sell me the altered pack. I know this because I have also bought packs that have been fine . So I will get to the bottom of this with a lawyer and or having these cigarettes tested at a science lab that can tell me exactly what is in these altered cigarettes and then compared with you ingredient list that you provide that states exactly what is in your tobacco. Thank you and look forward to proving my case.
