I recently bought a carton of the Marlboro Green 72s and there were a couple packs of cigarettes that didn't have the front and side piece of the box that holds the box closed. I have pictures of what I'm trying to explain. It made the cigarettes go stale quickly or all would fly out if you picked the pack up to get one. It was a waste of the $45 spent on the carton as only a few packs were made right.

I can't give the exact date as this has been happening to me since 2015. On countless occasions, i've bought a box of Marlboro Red Beyond, and without fail, at least two cigarettes have been missing the menthol pop ball, on a few occasions up to four cigarettes had this issue. I've only decided to complain now because I think it's hideous that this is still happening, and I see a lot of people have been complaining about this exact issue with nothing being done about it. On the 31st December 2017, I bought a box of cigarettes and a record 6 cigarettes were missing the menthol pop ball! That's ridiculous! clearly, people have their own choice and brand of cigarettes, and for that reason buy ones with the menthol pop ball, so they're expecting that ball to be there. I know I am, that is precisely why I buy them because I like that pop, but come on now, how bad is it that a reputable world-renowned company fails to follow through with such a simple production issue, but makes a lot of people highly pissed off, annoyed and left feeling totally ripped of?

I only smoke Marlboro red beyond. The one with the menthol ball inside. I have just lit a cigarette with no menthol ball. I am very dissapointed becuase i cannot smoke anything else. That is all i smoke. It is now the second time it has happened. What is happening. I dont know if its a factory problem or what. But i cant smoke it without the menthol. I really eanjoy this smoke but ya not the last 2. It wasnt good

I have recently purchased a 20s Marlboro Red Beyond pack of cigarettes, on my 3rd cigarette there was no iceball in the filter. This is not the first time this has happened but after numerous incidents I now am reporting this issue. Date of incident 04/01/2018.

I feel a full reimbursement should be sufficient as I am paying around ZAR 30+ for this brand. Marlboro Red Beyond is a good cigarette no doubt but the contents and advertising do not match

When I pulled out my last ciggerette on this freezing New Year's Eve night I came to find it was missing half the filter paper! So the ciggerette was not fully connected the filter and was therefore not smokeable! I pay 4.50 for these cigerettes and expect much more from you all. I'm very disappointed at this pitiful quality and expect rewards for my heart ache. Sincerely, you [censor] up.

Over the past month I have been purchasing the Marlboro beyond blue cigarettes from petrol stations around durbanville, and almost always I find that atleast 30% of the box will have faulty menthol balls in the filter. Causing the cigarette to not have the menthol option which one pays for. Please do something about this.

Hello there, I'm not sure whether this is due to poor product quality however, I was smoking a Marlboro Red cigarette and suddenly the end of the cigarette that was alight (not just the ash) fell onto my left leg and burnt my thigh. I was very disappointed by this as Marlboro are a very respected brand and are quite expensive cigarettes and I never expected the whole end of my cigarette to drop off without any movement or force. I look forward to your response.

Cigarettes are NOT cheap enough to deal with half a pack that isn't made right! I smoke the NXTs, which have the optional menthol ball inside that you pop for menthol flavor. Over half the cigarettes in my last pack did not have the ball inside the filter! They tasted like crap! I'd like to know how I could get reimbursed for the pack or at least get a coupon for money off another pack. I'm going to stop smoking Marlboro if it continues to happen and I can't replace them.

So many people love the Marlboro blue 72 from my understanding it was Marboro that wanted to repackage this with the marble black 72 as I've been reading and understanding... However that is not the case.
Nobody I know thinks that they are similar in any shape way or form why do away with such a good quality cigarette is there a way that the Marlboro blue 72 can come back please?!

I only smoke 72 blue and I was told that the black is the same as the blue. That is completely false. Highly disappointed that the blue's are discontinued. You should have discontinued the green because they have a funky aftertaste. Is there any possibility of the blue's coming back. I know tons of people who smoke them and none of us are happy. If the blue's do not come back I will be switching brands.

The fact that they are discontinued and told black is a replacement sucks. They don't taste the same at all. I will be switching brands definitely being that you no longer satisfy my preference. Sucks after smoking them for so long and loving them now they are gone. Is there any way you guys have some in a warehouse I can order and purchase from? I really hate having to opt to another resource. Camel cool seem to be the more similar to the 72's. :(

I have been smoking the menthol 72s for a couple of years now and the last few months I've been getting cigarettes falling off the filter. The paper holding the cigarette to the filter is not completely sealed. This is happening a lot. At least 6 to 8 cigarettes in a pack. I end up loosing over half the cigarette. I have even gone to different stores and still it happens. I am not happy that I am wasting my money by loosing all these cigarettes. I would like a response to this or I will be switching to a different company of cigarettes.

I am a compulsive chain smoker of Malboro, I have recently (past year) changed to beyond red. This is a awesome brand however I have come across about 3 packets with the ice ball that is either missing or popped, this feels like its crushed inside the cigarette, as it sounds like a rough substance like sand where the ball should be. These cigarettes tastes awful! For a brand that is so well known around the world, and doesn't come cheap I dont think that this is acceptable at all. And would like some feedback

I've bought 2 packs of cigarettes and both packs had bad cigarettes in them. The filter on the cigarettes was not of correct size where the brown part of the filter was empty where it met the tobacco. So instead of the filter being about an inch long it's only a half inch in size and theres some tobacco in the void. I still have one of the cigarettes and the pack it came in if you'd like me to send it to you.

I don't know who Marlboro is trying to convince; themselves or patrons? The new menthol Black 72 is not even close to the Blue 72 cool! I've smoked Marlboro Blue 72's for years and those that have can tell the difference in the comparison of the 72 Black menthol. I'll be switching over to Camel where I can get a menthol cool that's in more comparison to the Blue 72 cool. Thanks Marlboro but no thanks!
P.S. Way to ruin a great product! Not a great business move.

This is the second time that I buy a box of Marlboro red beyond and a few of my cigarettes do not have menthol bubbles in them. Surely this can not be right. I have kept them and the boxes that they came in and I am not happy to pay so much for the brand that I prefer and get less than what I am paying for. This is not something you would like if you have been smoking this brand for 4 years.

Ive been smoking Marlboro for a few years now. The quality is now very poor. The so called ice ball is always missing in atleast 4-6 cigarrettes in my pack. Its very dissapointing we paying for something that we not getting .Thats just unfair
Further to that. The quality of the cigarette itself has deteriorated they come damaged or either broken .please Marlboro up your standards back to when you first had them in those silver boxes.

Hi, I have been smoking Marlboro red beyond for 2 years now. I purchase 3 cartons every single month that's 30 packets every months and for the last 3 months in each packet, at least 3 or 4 cigarettes does not have the switch ball. IF I WANTED TO SMOKE THE MARLBORO RED, I WOULD HAVE JUST PURCHASED THAT INSTEAD OF PAYING AND EXTRA R6.00 for the Red beyond.

I am annoyed.

Hi there, I have been smoking Marlboro Red Beyond for about 5 years now and I've never had an issue. However, recently I've bought a box of Marlboro Red Beyond and some of the cigarettes had no iceball (as the box says). It is quite disappointing once you want to switch the taste and you find no iceball to crush. The first cigarette I took out without an iceball I thought it was just one mistake but as I went through the box more appeared to not have an iceball. I buy the Marlboro Red Beyond for the menthol taste so I was disappointed when I found more wothout the iceball.
