Marks Auto Repair, Nioma Park, oklahoma. Mark Brill who messed up and caused even more damage and won't own up to his mistakes. Typical a-hole mechanic. Our F-350 truck was towed in for repairs and the mechanic found a bad injector, bad battery, and dirty ECM plug. They were told not to worry about the injector. They cleaned the ECM plug and were supposed to put the bad battery out of series leaving 3 good batteries in series.

In less than 24 hours, the alternator went out causing another tow bill and costly repairs equal to what was charged at Marks Auto Repair. We had to have the alternator replaced and this was all due to the fact that the mechanic at took a good battery out of series leaving a bad one in series.

When we called them to let them know what was happening and why it was happening, they denied that it was their fault even though they did the work.

We feel they are ripoffs and caused more problems than they fixed with our truck.

Drove it there and left it for inspection the evening prior. They called me the following morning and told me that they could not inspect my truck because the clutch did not work! ( it was brand new )s. I do all my own work and just completed a lot of repairs. I told them if they found any problems not to touch my truck but I would pick it up to make the repairs. The service fee for the inspection is only $125 but that is just a come-on.

They will always find something that does not pass the inspection whether legitimate or not. That is how they make a lot of profit. Their mechanic did not want to inspect my truck because he would spend more time to do it than it was worth to him. People do not realize that mechanics make most of their money from commissions not their straight salary. After a lot of yelling , Mark just told me to get my truck out of their lot. I had to call a tow truck! So much for the friendly service at Marks Auto Repair. I did check my truck a few days later and found that the mechanic bled off some fluid from the hydraulic clutch slave cylinder which prevented it from working. I bled it, and refilled it with new oil and it works fine again. My advice is to stay far away from this dealership. They are crooks, liars, cheaters, ripoff artists, etc. Earlier this year they just finished building a new race cars. They easily spent several million. Guess who will ultimately pay for this. The poor unsuspecting customer. Again, beware, Stay away from these people. They are totally unscrupulous.
