Mark Vision Complaint / Harsh behaviour of staff named tapan
I have booked one maruti swift desire zdi on 04. 08. 2010 on paying an amount of rs. 50000 / - in cash to mark vision, kolkata, west bengal, india and i was told that one and half months will be required for my car to be delivered. Sir, after some days i came to know from my friends that i had booked my car to the sub dealer and on 07. 09. 2010 i was informed by one staff named tapan (Whose mobile no. Is [protected] that i needed to pay the full amount of the car then only i will be given preference when the car arrives else it will be delivered to someone else then i don't know why i was asked to pay rs. 50000 / - for booking as the supply of maruti swift dzire zdi (White) and neither i was informed at the time of booking and every alternate day i am asked in my mobile phone by sri. Tapan one staff of mark vision showroom, on clearance of finance assistance from cholamandalam finanace and investment ltd. I have come to know that mark vision is not the direct dealer but has booked the maruti dzire zdi from mohan motor udyog, kolkata, india. But till date mark vision has been able to show me the car in his showroom whereas mark vision has constantly deputed sri. Tapan to chase me and is regularly forcing me to pay the full amount and when asked when he will show the car he constantly said after giving full payment neither i have been invited for a day for test drive and the dealing of mark vision with his customer is very harsh. If mark vision is an authorised maruti dealer then action against the staff needs to be taken up immediately else if not an authorized dealer the all the license for opening of a showroom to be cancelled immediately. And finally i would request to solve the customer's problem in getting my car as soon as possible as 50% of the payment has already been made to mark vision.
