Its discrimination really, apartment 94 just signed a lease for $1430 per month, he had no rent increase, why did my rent go to $1530 per month with a $130 increase? His apartment is in better shape, our stove hasn't worked properly since we moved in, and, his stove works well. He has a fenced in private yard (supposed to be $50 more per month), we don't have a fenced in private yard. He has a pet ($25 extra per month), so do we. There are 2 families living in his apartment (shouldn't be), we have just our family as is proper. Why do we pay a water bill, alot of people here don't, there is no water meter, where is fair billing, how do they know what we use without a meter? The fire extinguishers don't get inspected (ever). The emergenct escape lighting don't work and is all busted up. I could go on and on, but, you get the picture. Please forward as you see fit...
