Mario Tricoci / Large turn over in staff is never a good sign
Needs lower prices and new management. They are WAY OVER PRICED. Help at the front desk should be a one on one experience. Not one trying to help and one that breathes down the others neck for no reason interrupting. The girl that was helping me was someone that has taken care of my needs for several years. The last time I was there, some blond girl just stood between and interrupted us @ every question. This wasn't necessary, since the original girl had known me for years and knew what I wanted and needed. There seems to be a large turn over in staff. This worries me.Salon and Spa experience is a personal one. Hope this salon and spa returns to the comfortable knowledgeable, place I used to love to go to. Otherwise, I will find another.
