My mother wanted to make a reservation (not that day two days earlier) for me and my fiance, my fiance is from Kansas and was showing him Galveston and we wanted to rent a room for a day, my mother wanted to pay for it. The woman at the desk was at the very beginning very rude, and when my mother spoke about reserving it two days earlier and to pay for it, she said " What do you really want it for?" "We don't do that, you have to come reserve pay for it in the same day." My mother asked what the manager would say, because she was very rude, and it seemed quite odd that was their policy, when she was asked about it, she couldn't answer that question. She told us to sit down. Well I knew there would be no customer service here and decided that I didnt want to stay here, and we would just go somewhere else. My mother then asked why were really sitting down if she was the only one there, was she going to call someone? She immediately told my mom to "Get the F out of here" My mother was appalled, she didn't do anything wrong, and when does any customer deserve that?! They would of gotten our business! I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. IF YOU WANT TO BE CUSSED OUT AT!
