Marilyn's Cafe at the Tuscany Suits Hotel - Las Vegas / Food cold for a wedding reception

We had reserved a reception room at Marilyn's Cafe at the Tuscany Suits Hotel 7 months prior to wedding. We got to Hotel and found the reception room had been double booked due to one of the restaurants cooks being fired they said. The room double booked and they gave us a room that we had no choice in taking and it was upstairs and far away from restaurant. We had dinner at 8:45 pm after the wedding and we didn’t get our food until 10:10 and some people 11:15pm.. Our food was all cold and they where short staffed. Not enough staff and food was very cold, the butter wouldn’t even melt on the potato’s. The Chicken Alf redo had no chicken in it!. He said that was the cooks error. "Sorry" nothing he could do same price. $20.00 per plate with or with out chicken.

We where let down and heartbroken that our reception dinner was a wreck... People where tired and upset with the service. We talked to the Manager at Marilyn's Cafe and he would not accommodate us in any way... He blamed it on the Bride and Groom for taking to long on pictures.. What the heck. The wedding was at 8:00pm and dinner at 8:45. He said his staff went home and waited to long on bride and groom. What kind of service is this for a wedding reception... Very displeased with Marilyn's Cafe..
