Upon arriving in front of the restaurant with car, we went in and asked for a parking spot and the staff assured us thrice that we can park in front of the building. We got after dinner, got a ticket, and quietly pulled out the staff and demanded explanation. He apologized but refused to compensate for the charge nor would the manager walk out to talk with us. We got in and talked with the manager and he (the owner) replied rudely saying he is only responsible for the food and service of the staff and if the restaurant mislead us in parking it's our fault for listening. He also expressed his sorrow: "You think I want this to happen? No, because now I'm going to lose a customer. I know you are not coming back". He then refused to write down the fact that we were parked in front of the restaurant is based on the staff suggestion. As we are leaving the restaurant, we noticed someone has parked in front of the restaurant and the staff did not react nor inform the customer of any violation for parking. We believe we have been treated unfairly and are seeking for justice.
