Maple Leaf International Consulting / Poor customer service

The online course rarely begins at the scheduled time. Questions about study materials to be completed before class are not answered via e-mail causing confusion during the actual class as students are not sure which assignments are due.

Customer sevice consist of ignoring the customer after the course has been paid. During the registration process e-mails and phone calls are answered but should an issue arise after you have paid, there is no help. Alternative prep companies should be sought for those who seek professional training for standardized test and great customer service.

    Maple Leaf International Consulting Inc. - Educational Testing Service, Counterfeit Sham Preparation course
    The training at Maple Leaf International Consulting Inc was fricking horrendous. SCAM SHAM SCAM With their fraudulent dumb ### slogan that states Doing it Right Ever Time. The slogan contradicts everything they actually do.

    HORRIBLE PREP DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY
    Beware students don’t be like me and just throw away money to a SHAM company like this one.

    Don't ever register for a course with Maple Leaf International Consulting or also called MLIC on the net. This is a fraudulent company which will take your money and never give you any training. I register for one of their prep course, paid and never heard back from them. Had finally to register for a prep course with Kaplan in last minute. Please do not do the same mistake as me.

    Maple Leaf International Consulting Inc.(MLIC) is a dishonest business, 100% SCAM. Not only are they expensive, they do not honor the dates you paid and register for. A case was filed in Court with them and the Court Marshal recently put a hold on their Chase bank account since he still has not paid the judgment. He is trying to claim that the documents were not properly served to lift the levy. I warn anyone who is interested in enrolling in a test prep course to NOT choose Maple Leaf International Consulting Inc. (MLIC). I did not do my research when registering. Spend your money wisely and take a look at other organizations. There are far better proper businesses that provide proper test prep, especially in NY!
