Maple Inc. / customer service?
I have been with Necc long time for long distance and was surprised when I got today Feb 1, mailed invoice from Maple Call inc. I was not even aware of this change . I have notice some additional fees that I didn't have previous and much bigger bill than normally and spend whole day calling every hour and couldn't get anyone. Due date is Feb. 2. I was previously paying thru bank, but was getting bill from Necc emailed at least 2 weeks prior due date. This is horrible customer service. I will have to find now another company for long distance.
