I replied to an add for free product for which I was charged $1.99 postage. I received the product and the charge on the credit card was over $5.00. A couple of weeks later I received another package with a charge of over $140 on my credit card. I did not order this product or authorise for my credit card to be debited. the Order ID on the package that I received is [protected]. There is also another notation on the package - TVAW 1.
I have not opened the package because I do not want the product - I did not order the product.
I tried to contact Manneablys to no avail.
I am hoping you can help me as the Senders signature on the package is Vitatrade.
The package has a Swiss Post stamp on it.

I did not order any products/services or even knew this alias/company existed. They stole ZAR R1577, 20 from my business account this morning.
Reported them to the fraud department!
This is unacceptable!
